Centrally Located! Exclusive Home with Pool on Golf Course!

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, only 1/2 mile from the beach, (beach chairs and umbrella included), and close to Lawton Stables, the Wildlife Preserve, and only 2 miles to Harbour Town.

This home is family friendly, with a large yard, set back from the road, and ample parking space. The house is very spacious to give you and your family room to enjoy. It is located on the Heron Point golf course, and has a beautiful large pool where you can relax after a hard day at the beach or tennis courts. Horseback riding, nature trails, and free trolley rides are all just minutes away from this home.

The Master suite enjoys a beautiful view of the private pool which overlooks the golf course. It also has its own private bathroom and large closets. The second bedroom has two twin beds that may be used as another King and that room also has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the Carolina room has queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have their own TV and all linen are included for your stay. Do not bother over packing as a commercial-size washer and dryer are there for you to use.

Nothing has been left out to make your stay here at Hilton Head unforgettable!

This was a great stay and great location! We were a group 2 adult couples. The house was so much more spacious than it looked in photos and very clean. The backyard and pool area felt very private to be right on the golf course and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was an easy 1 mile bike ride to the beach. Very convenient location; right on the walking paths and close to groceries and restaurants. Make sure to bring everything you need as the house is minimally stocked.

The house was large and beautifully appointed. It was comfortable for all six adults. Though we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen was equipped with everything you would possibly need. We didn't use the pool (rainy and cool!) but it appeared to be clean and it was very private, which is important to us. The instructions were clear and concise and Janet was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely keep this property on our list and hope to return one day.

What makes this property unique

The house is set on a half acre lot which gives it a very private feeling. It backs on to the Heron Point Golf Course and is just 1/2 mile from the beach, Nature Preserve, and the Lawton Stables. Tupelo Rd is a quiet street with the beach bike path right there. There is a large front yard to enjoy, or a beautiful pool and deck in the back yard. We have beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Whatever you choose to do, you will love Hilton Head Island.
