Holiday beach house in Miami Platja on the beachfront, ideal for holidays with children and family, as well as for a romantic holiday, in a charming area by the sea.

The holiday house is located in the pleasant residential complex Casas Blancas, at the foot of the beach sand, with gardens and communal pool, in the quiet residential area of ​​Parque de Mont-roig, with restaurant, bar-cafeteria and beach bar, 1 km from the center of Miami Platja.

The vacation home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4-6 people. It is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor: living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and garden-terrace with barbecue, and on the first floor: 1 double bedroom with balcony overlooking the sea, 1 bedroom with two beds, and bathroom with shower .

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishes, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The house is very well equipped to enjoy a comfortable vacation: air conditioning, satellite TV, barbecue, internet-Wifi included.

Ieder jaar is het thuiskomen. De locatie, de sfeer, de rust... De upgrade van de kinderkamer met een vliegenhor in het raam. 's nachts kan het wel eens warm worden zo kan je met het raam open slapen zonder dat er muggen binnen komen De laatste jaren komen er meer en meer muggen op bezoek. Een (schuifbaar)vliegenhor voor het (schuif)raam van de grote slaapkamer zou ideaal zijn. Dan kan je met het raam open slapen zonder geprikt te worden... Opletten met het slot op de achterdeur... Wanneer je de deur dichttrekt (bij valavond voor de muggen) kan je niet meer naar binnen omdat deze in het slot valt...

Menaje adecuado, lavavajillas, piscina y acceso directo a la playa. Facilidades en la entrada y salida. Urbanización tranquila para las fechas en las que viajamos. No tiene aire acondicionado en la parte inferior. El colchón de una de las camas individuales te caes para un lateral. Hormigas en la entrada, se debería controlar con algún producto. La ducha no se puede colgar, y te tienes que duchar con ella en la mano.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Einziges kleines Problem war, dass unsere Klimaanlage leider nicht an jedem Tag funktionierte. Aber ansonsten war alles gut! Die Lage ist super und der Strand ist in 30 Sekunden ab der Haustür zu erreichen. Vom Balkon und von der Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. Preis Leistung war sehr gut!

Das Appartment ist zum Zeltplatz raus gelegen mit Meerblick. Bad war neu renoviert. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Jalousien könnten erneuert werden diese sind wirklich sehr laut beim öffnen und schließen und gerade im Schlafzimmer wird nicht wirklich dunkel.

Gewohnt erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung.

Die Lage und die Umgebung. Wir haben diese Wohnung schon oft gebucht und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Internet vorhanden ist, ist sehr von Vorteil. Die Außenanlage könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein. Die Pergola ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ersetzt werden. Eines Nachts hat sich der Putz gelöst und ist abgefallen. Im Haus sind die vielen Blutflecke vor allem im Kinderzimmer nicht gerade sehenswert. Ein Vorhang wäre dort wünschenswert. In der Küche war vor der Spülmaschine immer ein Wasserfleck und die Bratpfanne war verdellt. Bei den Stühlen auf der Terrasse sind die Auflagen vom vielen Gebrauch mittlerweile etwas abgenutzt. Im Grossen und ganzen war alles OK bis auf die oben genannten kleineren Mängel.

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub in vorzügliche Lage

Wir haben diese Wohnung schon öfters gebucht und sind mit der Lage und der Einrichtung sehr zufrieden. Hervorheben wollen wir die neu angebrachten Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer die in der Nacht vor Schnacken schützt. Im Bad ist der Zustand der Duschkabine zu bemängeln. Die Schiebetüren werden diesen Sommer wohl nicht Überleben. Wir kommen gerne auch dieses Jahr wieder. Die Duschkabine hätte eine kleinere Reparaturen nötig. Ansonsten ist alles OK.

Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Alles in allem sehr schön. Direkt am Meer gelegen und der Strand nicht überfüllt. Ein Restaurant und eine Strandbar sind direkt nebenan. Die Wohnanlage ist in sich geschlossen und man kommt nur mit Schlüssel rein, somit haben Fremde keinen Zutritt. Der Swimmimgpool ist klein, aber immer sauber. Die Betreiber der FeWo sind nett und hilfsbereit. Es wäre nett, wenn die Flecken (Blutflecke) der totgeschlagenen Stecher von den Wänden entfernt würden.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Ideal mit Kindern. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären super Kleine Gabeln fehlen in der Küche Die "Neuen" Zeit Einschränkungen für die Poolnutzung

Sensacional estancia,

Casa suficiente para 4 adultos, magnífica terraza con barbacoa, que utilizamos, quizás por la época necesitaría una bomba de calor en el piso de los dormitorios, lugar muy tranquilo, la única pega demasiado cerca del camping, por lo que en verano puede resultar algo ruidosa.
