Villa Bahías - with private swimming pool

Groups of young people under 30 years old are not allowed.



Chalet with capacity for up to 7 guests, located in a quiet area of Mallorca, close to the sea. The property has 4 bedrooms, three of them with air conditioning, and 2 full bathrooms. It features a spacious living area with a fireplace, a living-dining room with views of the bay, and two fully equipped kitchens, offering extra comfort during the stay.



Outside, the property offers a terrace, a porch with a chill-out area, a barbecue and a private swimming pool with sun loungers. Internet connection is available, and the house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.



The house is located a few meters from the sea and within short distance of several beaches and coves. It is 22 km from Palma and 10 km from the airport.



Information note: construction work is currently taking place in a neighboring property, not related to this house, which may cause occasional daytime noise.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely house with the magnificent view over the Palma Bay. The house offers everything you need for a comfortable base without the usual touristique feel. All the rooms were clean and attractive. We were impressed with the fast, friendly and competent communication-line with the Company Mallorca Villas. They even welcomed us with a text message on our arrival and there were cool drinks in the fridge. Handy with the self-service check in and check out. No unforseen "after-bills"other negative surprises. We would definately consider going back. The very best appraisals from a large Family of 7. -

6 Leute mussten 1 Dusche benutzen, da die Dusche im UG nur kalt war. Das Erdgeschoss war unerträglich warm. Das Ceranfeld schmutzig. Wir haben nie gekocht. Im Schlafzimmer war ein Fernseher aber keine Bedienung. Der Garten war schmutzig, der ganze Laub war auf dem Boden. Würde nie wieder kommen.

Het was een geweldig mooie accommodatie, we hebben ons zeker vermaakt in deze “villa”! Enige jammere vonden wij dat we een stukje moesten rijden met de taxi/auto/scooter wilden we naar El Arnenal of La Palma. Verder een erg mooie en nette locatie waar wij in de herfstvakantie hebben doorgebracht! -

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank für das Willkommenspaket sowie den Wasserspender, so eine tolle Idee! Der Ausblick war grandios und die Lage sehr angenehm fern ab von Trubel und Tourismus, trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Die Villa war ganz schön, aber nicht ganz so wie durch die Fotos und Beschreibung erwartet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich waren sehr schön und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Am großen Esstisch fehlt Abends Licht, man kann da dann leider nicht essen, weil man im Dunkeln sitzt und somit diese unheimlich schöne Aussicht nicht genießen kann. Leider mangelt es insgesamt an der Sauberkeit, wir würden vorschlagen die Putzfirma zu ändern! Das Geschirr war komplett dreckig, was an der verschmutzten Spülmaschine lag. Wir haben diese erstmal komplett gereinigt und passendes Pflegemittel besorgt, das möchte man nicht an seinem ersten Urlaubstag. Der Wasserdruck sowie die Temperatureinstellung kaum warmes Wasser sind leider sehr schlecht in der Küche, man kann nicht von Hand spülen. Das obere Badezimmer ist schön renoviert, aber es wird leider nicht darauf geachtet es auch pfleglich zu reinigen. Die Fugen sowie Duschamaturen müssen entkalkt werden und es waren leider überall fremde Haare an den Wänden, Toilette, Waschbecken und Boden waren soweit sauber. Das Bad im Untergeschoss wurde leider nicht gereinigt vor unserer Ankunft, die Handtücher waren benutzt, die Badewanne voller Sand und Schmutz. Der Kühlschrank in der unteren Küche muss ausgetauscht oder dringend stark gereinigt werden, er stinkt leider und war mit Klebeband zugeklebt, so wollten wir ihn nicht verwenden. Der Pool war 2 Tage lang nicht zu benutzen da er komplett trüb war und verschmutzt. Toll war, dass gleich am zweiten Tag ein Techniker kam und sich 2 Tage lang darum gekümmert hat, dass es besser wurde. Er hat auch versucht die Balkontüre im großen Schlafzimmer zu reparieren, was nicht ganz gelang aber so konnten wir sie wenigstens öffnen, leider nicht schließen. Ein passendes Spannbettuch für das Elternbett im großen Schlafzimmer sowie Handtücher für das Kind wären wünschenswert gewesen. Für 4 Personen war das Haus super von der Größe, auch wenn die Schlafzimmer auf den Bilden deutlich größer erscheinen und komplett anders aussehen. Genügend Schränke und Stauraum sind vorhanden. Ein Wäscheständer wäre hilfreich um Handtücher und Kleidung zu trocknen

Allgemein schönes Objekt, weg zum Meer leider nicht ohne Auto möglich. Geschäfte Bäcker in Fussdistanz gut! Pool sauber und gut. Haus war wohl länger geschlossen, nach gut lüften aber io.

Fijne villa

Wij waren hier met een groep jongeren bestaande uit 6 man, en we zijn het er over eens dat het een zeer nette villa is. Bij aankomst stond er pils koud in de koelkast als welkomstgeschenk en ook staat er een 10L watertank vrij te gebruiken. Bedden, kamers, ventilatoren en keuken waren ook allemaal prima. Echt hadden wij wel wat problemen met het alarmsysteem van de villa die bij het minste geringste afging. Echter, na whatsapp contact met de organisatie die de villa beheerd kwam er iemand langs om het alles goed in te stellen. Een nadeel aan deze villa is dat het in een woongebied ligt. Wij hebben een paar klachten doorgekregen van (waarschijnlijk) de direct buurman voor geluidsoverlast (wat naar ons inziens meer dan meeviel). Deze buurman bezit overigens een hond die erg vaak en hard en hunderlijk blaft. Tevens was het erg jammer dat er 2 huizen verder flink gebouwd worden aan een huis. Dit gaf veel geluidsoverlast en het ontspannen gevoel aan het zwembad weg. Ik vind persoonlijk dat HomeAway of Mallorca Home Villas dit had moeten melden! Al met al was het een prima villa en vakantie
