Cet hébergement a pleinement répondu à nos attentes. Nous étions de passage en Dordogne et voulions un hébergement susceptible d'accueillir six personnes, dans des tarifs raisonnables (selon nous bien sûr). Le gite est très propre, et bien équipé. Il faut accepter l'aspect très rustique des lieux, mais cela peut en faire également son charme, selon les goûts. Nous recommandons donc cette location.

séjour au moulin de Gauliac

Le séjour au moulin a été agréable. Cet hébergement correspondait à nos attentes: très bien situé près de sites prestigieux, calme avec beaucoup d'espace important pour des petits citadins. La maison en elle même est ancienne, et donc un peu fragile face à 4 enfants mais j'espère qu'on n'a pas fait de dégâts... Seul inconvénient, manque de place dans la cuisine pour ranger les provisions. Enfin hôtes discrets mais disponibles, qui nous ont bien aidés à l'arrivée. Merci à eux.

Bon emplacement et bel extérieur

L accueil est chaleureux et l'extérieur ainsi que l'emplacement sont parfaits! L intérieur de la maison est un peu chargé et assez peu fonctionnel mais l extérieur rattrape ses imperfections.

Une bonne semaine au moulin. Situé à proximité de nombreux sites culturels, dans un cadre calme et verdoyant, c'était ce qu'on cherchait... Seul bémol, la problématique rencontrée avec la TV et internet, ce qui pose toujours problème aux ados, mais la déconnexion à du bon aussi!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au gîte du moulin. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants. Le gîte est idéalement situé, près de nombreux lieux touristiques et la piscine très appréciable.

Détente et découverte en famille

8 jours famille, relax à 7. Le moulin de Gauliac nous a offert son cadre rustique, agréable, confortable et calme. Piscine et balançoires; Trampoline et barbecue. Entre Sarlat et Rocamadour, à moins de 30km à la ronde: Belles ballades et baignades sur le fleuve Dordogne et au fil de l'eau avec "Canoë Nature" basé à Veyrignac. Canards oies et foie gras à la Ferme "médaillée" Jacquin ... Tout pour plaire pour un séjour nature dans une riche et belle région. Merci chaleureux à B et Ph RANOUIL pour leur accueil sympathique, leur disponibilité et discrétion... ( Une pensée solidaire pour le ruisseau de Tournefeuille qui était lui aussi en vacance pour cause de sécheresse ... )

Résidence très agréable

Court séjour très agréable. Le moulin est grand et agréable à vivre. L’espace extérieur est aménagé de manière à satisfaire le plus grand nombre (piscine avec bouées, transats, barbecue, balançoires) avec une vue agréable et proprio discrets et accueillants. Je recommande.

Characteristic old house in beautiful region

We have really enjoyed the time in this house. The house is large, and had plenty of space for our family of 5, everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the house, the terras and the swimming pool was a big bonus for the children. The region is beautiful, many things to do, nice restaurants to eat, beautiful nature, everything we needed to have a good time. The calm attitude of the owners who live right next to the place was a big plus for us.

Moulin de Lamothe

Nous utilisons depuis quelques années ce gîte en fin d'année pour un regroupement familial (repas de Noël, également au printemps)  l'équipement est parfait  concernant la cuisine, le barbecue est à disposition on ne s'en prive pas, car la saucisse du pays est excellente. Pour les sportifs : Nous profitons des nombreux chemins pour faire du VTT dans les bois, le long de la Dordogne, les causses du lot...le propriétaire est intarissable  concernant les circuits à faire et les GR du coin (il les connaît d’autant mieux que c’est lui qui les trace...) Petit plus cet été 2016, le lac de Lamothe (à 800m du gîte) à été aménagé en baignade avec une petite plage de sable pour les enfants, et possibilité de faire des longueurs en natation au milieu du lac (couloir de natation de 150m) pour les plus paresseux il y à la piscine du gîte pour se rafraîchir. Pour rester dans les activités sportives la descente de la Dordogne au départ de St Julien de Lampon et bien agréable (l'une des rivières les plus pure d'Europe, aux dires du loueur de canoë.. ) à 15 minutes du gîte. Nous y reviendrons en 2017

séjour agréable et reposant

La maison est propre, les 3 chambres grandes, la cuisine petite mais avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, la terrasse très agréable au bord de l 'eau. Le moulin est un peu à l'écart des 3 autres gites, le tout sur un grand terrain laissant de l'espace pour tous. Il est situé dans un endroit très calme et reposant, mais proche d'une ville (10 mn en voiture) et permettant de visiter facilement la région (splendide) avec de nombreuses attractions et visites ( balades aux alentours, canoé sur la Dordogne à 15 mn, Lascaux à 1 h, Sarlat, Rocamadour à 1h , Turenne, Autoire et de nombreux autres petits villages magnifiques...) et des produits régionaux excellents. Les propriétaires, sur place, sont accueillants, discrets , attentifs et prêts à vous donner de bons conseils. Les tables de ping pong, le trempoline et la piscine ont été appréciés. Le seul bémol est la décoration de la maison un peu trop ancienne.

Gîte très agréable

Gîte très bien situé, à dix minutes de Souillac et 3 minutes de la Dordogne. Logement un peu ancien mais propre, très confortable et bien équipé. La piscine est un vrai plus. Accueil très agréable.
