Villa Duca is a beautiful newly restored building that accommodates up to 8 people. Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with single bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and 1 with shower), 1 restored kitchen-living room (winter 2016/2017), a large terrace where you can have breakfast in total privacy and 2 solariums equipped with umbrellas and sun chairs.

Villa Duca is located in Scopello, one of the most famous places in western Sicily, a few kilometers from Castellammare del Golfo and a short drive from the beautiful Zingaro Nature Reserve. The rural village of Scopello, place on top of the mountain near the coast, overlooking the old trap loved by those who clean sea research and field film set for Italian and international productions.

Villa Duca is just 3 km from the village and from the trap and the Natural Reserve of Zingaro. The "Caribbean" beach of San Vito lo Capo is just over a 50-minute drive.

A perfect scenic hideaway

A very comfortable accommodation in a secure & serene location. Beautiful scenic views overlooking water. A very short distance to beaches & Castellammare. Would definitely recommend & stay again.
