Beautiful Provencal villa with sea view, garden 1500 m2 with spa, 2 to 5 Pers

Located in a quiet residential area, on the heights of Carqueiranne and 5 minutes drive from the sea, Provençal style house has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom; a covered terrace (20 m2) very nice for lunches and dinners with barbecue and a garden of 1500 m2, fully enclosed with a spa (5 places °) to the front of the house with a solar outdoor shower (very convenient to rinse) and a solarium on a wooden deck and a bowling green at the back.
The garden at the front of the house has been converted into a dry garden '.

Living near the house, I will come to you no problem if necessary.

The kitchen and living room were refurbished in 2012 and the external surroundings at the entrance of the house.

The garden at the rear of the house has a relaxation area with two chairs
(great for naps !!!) near the bowling green under the centenary white oak. The cottage garden has been converted into a small room (bring extra on the price for a 5th person possible.)

The whole garden is fully landscaped.

The house has two separate bedrooms on the first level of the house; one south side of 11 m2 and the other east side of 10 m2. Each has two cabinets for storing clothes and a comfortable bed; all the furniture is antique Louis Philippe style and limed old. The south room has a flat screen TV.

Some stairs with a trompe l'oeil provide access to the closed kitchen and living room.

It has a beautiful sea view from the kitchen, the living room, the terrace and from one of the rooms.

One old building, the house remains cool in summer and functional.

You can go easily on foot to the village center located about 700 meters and enjoy the beautiful Provencal market on Thursday morning.

Wir haben 10 Tage in dem wunderschönen, gepflegten Haus verbracht. Die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen ist sehr hilfreich in der Augusthitze und die Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Celine war zuverlässig und schnell und sie ist eine sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Vermieterin.

Lovely House in a quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Celine’s house. It was well equipped, spotless, decorated to a high standard and within walking distance to the town centre of Carqueiranne.. Just a 15 minute walk down the hill, we had amazing baguettes each morning from Le Bon Pain d’Antan. Although the port area is very lively, the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood up on a hill, and the views of the sea were wonderful from the terrace. Céline is a lovely person and we would highly recommend a stay at her property.

Un petit coin de paradis

Un véritable petit coin de paradis à l'abris des regards, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Le jardin, véritable havre de paix et de verdure. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une villa agréablement décorée et spacieuse offrant tout le confort. Une adresse à retenir et nous y reviendrons sans soucis. Liebevoll gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Wir haben mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind hier wunderbar erholsame Ferien verbracht und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Hauseigentümer leben im Nachbaranwesen unterhalb des Hauses. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und waren bei Fragen jederzeit willkommen. Das Grundstück liegt oberhalb des Zentrums in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend am Hang, mit viel Privatspäre - von den Nachbarn haben wir quasi nichts mitbekommen, und unser Kind durfte toben, ohne dass wir Angst hatten jemanden zu stören. Haus und Garten werden außerordentlich liebevoll gepflegt und sind in hervorragendem Zustand. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist nicht allzu groß, aber wir haben uns hier ohnehin wenig aufgehalten, da man bei gutem Wetter eigentlich fast nur draußen sein will. Die Küche ist durchschnittlich ausgestattet - für Kochbegeisterte empfiehlt sich wie bei fast allen Ferienwohnungen, ein gutes Küchenmesser im Gepäck zu haben. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, er besitzt neben der sehr gemütlichen Terrasse unterhalb des Hauses beim Jacuzzi eine Holzplattform mit Gartenstühlen und oberhalb des Hauses einen Bouleplatz mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke. Je nach Bedarf kann man den ganzen Tag mit der Sonnen oder auch mit dem Schatten wandern und dabei immer ein gemütliches Plätzchen zum Entspannen oder Spielen finden. Dabei gibt es durch die Aufteilung des Gartens immer die Möglichkeit sich, dass sich besonders Ruhebedüftige zurückziehen. Im ersten Moment waren wir als Mitteleuropäer, die saftige Wiesen als Selbstverständlichkeit gewohnt sind, verdutzt als wir bemerkt haben, dass im Garten Kunstrasen verlegt ist. Wir haben jedoch sehr schnell die Vorteile zu schätzen gelernt, da der Garten zum Einen so wie er ist wirklich schön anzuschauen ist und wir uns nie Gedanken darüber machen mussten, ob wir oder unser Kind wohl barfuß laufen sollen - Angst vor Schlangen, Steinen, Scherben und dgl. brauchten wir so überhaupt nicht zu haben. In den Ort und zum Hafen mit kleinem Strand kann man bequem zu Fuß laufen, wir haben dafür mit dem Buggy ca. 20 Minuten benötigt - zurück etwas länger und auf den letzten Metern schwer schnaufend. Carqueiranne selbst ist keine besonders pittoreske Stadt, aber besonders an den Markttagen füllt sich das Zentrum mit Leben und ist einen Abstecher wert. An den Stränden im Ort waren wir oft, dort hat es unserem Kind wunderbar gefallen. Schönere/größere Strände sind in der Umgebung mit dem Auto zur Genüge zu erreichen.

SÉJOUR INOUBLIABLE

Nous avons été accueillis par Céline, jeune maman rayonnante, qui fut une hôtesse charmante, attentionnée et toujours à l'écoute de nos moindres besoins. Nos deux semaines de séjour furent enchanteresses dans ce "petit paradis" où tout est agencé et décoré avec goût et qui se niche dans un "jardin extraordinaire..." par sa luxuriance et tous ces petits détails savamment étudiés. et, pour couronner le tout, le soleil était au rendez-vous pour illuminer le spectacle toujours changeant offert par le ciel et la mer! Super séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette location. Tout le nécessaire y est présent, la terrasse avec vue sur mer, le jardin et le spa nous plongent vraiment en vacances! Il y a très peu de vis-à-vis avec le voisinage, on se sent donc bien chez soi. La voiture est nécessaire pour bouger car même si on est proche du centre ville à pied, la montée du retour est plutôt physique. En résumé nous conseillons cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances calmes et reposantes dans cette maison d'une propreté impeccable. Maison assez grande et confortable, décorée avec goût.Le jardin paysagé est très agréable. Location bien équipée (spa, terrain de pétanque, ping pong et petit plus, le garage pour mettre la voiture au frais !!). Très bon accueil de la propriétaire !! location à retenir et à recommander

Du pur bonheur !

Location très agréable, au calme absolu et une vue mer magnifique. Le SPA mis à notre disposition dans ce magnifique jardin est du pur bonheur ! Grand bonheur également la terrasse spacieuse dont nous avons largement profités avec en prime la vue mer et le barbecue. L' accueil y est vraiment chaleureux et l'on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Bref, nous avons eu tous les ingrédients pour des vacances très réussies. Nous recommandons sincèrement cette location et avons déjà prévu d'y revenir très vite.

Calme et confortable

Maison confortable et agreable, son agreable jardin , sa terrasse....L'ensemble nous offre un espace prive, convivial a partager entre famille. Nous avons trouve tout ce qu'il nous faut pdt notre sejour. Nous pouvons egalement nous rendre a pieds au centre ville où se trouvent tous les commerces.
