Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is in a complex with 5 other houses, each one completely private and with its own swimming pool. The villa, which is in the area of Mellisaki, is 5 kilometers from the harbor Korissia and 2 kilometers from the nearest beach Xyla. By the side of the complex there are steps leading to the sea.

The property is on two levels, the ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a w.c. The first floor has a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom., two more master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Near the swimming pool there is a guest house, which has a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area ,a second bedroom and a bathroom.

Leading off the living room is a large terrace with a swimming pool and two dining areas, from where one can sit and enjoy the glorious sunsets.One of the shaded dining areas has a BBQ and fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Minimum stay 6 nights, Refundable damage guarantee 1,000 euro. The road from the harbor to the villa is a dirt road, a 4 X 4 is recommended but is not necessary. It is kindly requested that guests respect "Siesta hours", which are 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 11.30pm.
