🏛️ City Tax: €1 per person per night (only for the first 3 nights), to be paid on-site. Children under 12 are exempt.

🏊 Above-Ground Pool: Dimensions 4,50m x 7,50m, depth 1.20 m. To keep the water clean, we kindly ask you to wear a swim cap, take a shower before entering the pool, and avoid using sunscreen before swimming.

🧺 Linen: Available upon request for €15 per person, to be paid in cash on-site, or you can bring your own from home.

⚠️ Accessibility: The property is not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues, as entering the apartment requires walking down a pedestrian slope.

🅿️ Parking: You cannot drive directly up to the property. Public parking is located in the church square, just 50 meters away. You can still drive up to our front gate to comfortably load or unload your luggage.

The place to go if you want to relax

Our stay was so relaxing, our host was so caring and helpful. The area gives you lots of opportunities to hike, bicycle, be experiencing the wonders of Florence and the area around the city, or like us, simply enjoying the silence and the view and the fantastic weather. The area offers a lot of really good and different restaurants. Certainly a place we will return to

Faszinierender Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in wunderschöner, ruhigen Landschaft mit einem magischen Blick auf Florenz. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war im Vorfeld unkompliziert. Es wurde schriftlich alles sehr genau beschrieben, so daß die Anreise und auch der Self Check-in kein Probleme war.

Rosella est une personne très accueillante,disponible avec de bons conseils pour les visites. La maison est jolie ,la terrasse et le jardin ont vu sur les collines et Florence,c'est splendide a n'importe quelle heure de la journée . La piscine est très agréable . Les photos sont tout à fait réalistes .JE recommande vivement cette location,c'est un pur bonheur. Le petit plus Rosella parle français .
