Comfortable villa near Ibiza town. The property is set in a massive fully fenced area of 3000sqm and it is completely private.
Self Catering, Air conditioning, Wifi, large swimming pool and tranquil square.
It is located only within 5 minutes drive to Ibiza town, in the neibourhood of Sa Carroca, and it will take you only a 5 minutes drive to Playa den Bossa.

The property has 2 levels.

On the first floor there is a living and dining room, equiped kitchen, toilet and smaller chillout room. On the first floor there are a total of 5 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with a single bed, for a total of 8 guests. There is a family bathroom and a shared bathroom between one double room and the 2 single rooms.

Outside there is a large swimming pool of 4 × 10 meters with a shalow area, a deep area and different chill-out areas.

Great villa with an amazing pool

We had a great holiday. We stayed at the villa little less than a month and we had an amazing time chilling in the garden and by the pool. The pool has a nice shallow area perfect for kids. The villa is very spacious and fully equipped. Kitchen needs some renovation but it has everything that we needed. Location is very conviene, beaches, restaurants and shops all very close by. The owner was always available and helpful.

Villa fantastica e strategica, a 5 minuti di auto da playa d'en bossa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa villa in un gruppo di 8 amici nei primi giorni di Ottobre. La Villa è come da descrizione, grande, pulita, tranquilla, in una posizione comodissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Il propietario Thomas è molto gentile, disponibile e per niente invasivo. Magnificent villa, great location

I was in villa ruly with my son (9) my nephew (23) and my mum. We all had great time. There is something for everybody... close to beautiful beaches, to the city Centre, to the airport. Large swimming pool, barbecue. The villa is very well equipped, clean, large and Thomas had been very helpful. A place where we all wish to come back

Simply Amazing and very spacious.

Thomas was friendly and welcominng. Advised us about usage of all the mod cons. Pool was perfect for fun and games, great for children, Plenty of sun beds. Lots and Lots of cooking utensils for cooking nothing was required, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor fridge. Huge walk-in bathroom in Master bedroom, All rooms have great strong showers. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Very large bbq and Med bbq pending your mood. Good, Safe and Secured. Comfortable Living area if you prefer to relax. Supermarket and Bars walking and driving distance. Looking forward to returning very soon. Happy Holidays and Thank you for everything.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend

Das Haus ist sehr schön in der Wohngegend Sa Carocca gelegen, man kann zu Fuß zu den Supermärkten in der Nähe laufen. Eivissa ist auch schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und war gründlich gereinigt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Gartenanlage und der Poolbereich sind groß und sauber. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist jedoch mit 8 Personen etwas unglücklich, da man durch eines der Schlafzimmer muss um zum Hauptbad zu gelangen. In diesem Bereich befinden sich auch die zwei Einzelzimmer. Das zweite Bad ist nicht gerade groß und riecht leider durch den Abfluss sehr unangenehm (da helfen auch die 6 Dufterfrischer die sich im Badezimmer befinden leider nichts). Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Ruly.
