Coral Reef Beach House - Relax or Dive in Paradise, great central location
Coral Reef Beach House is a beautiful house located in Judith's Fancy, one of the few gated communities on the island of St. Croix. It has 3 1/2 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen and 1 full size beds) and 2 1/2 baths. The master walk-in closet has been converted to a small bedroom with a full size bed (hence the 1/2 bedroom, great for small children). The 1/2 bath is off the patio. The backyard 6 foot deep pool is extremely private on the one acre parcel. There is a washer and dryer located in a separate utility room off the patio. As well, there is an automatic backup diesel generator (just installed in 2021) capable of running the entire house during the frequent power outages in St Croix.
The property also features a guest cottage adjacent to the pool that contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area that is optionally available $150 per night
Enjoy some fresh local seafood on the large propane BBQ grill with some fresh blended fruit drinks. The house is centrally located on the island with a nice grocery store nearby.

Located near the beach, this holiday home is in Judith's Fancy, a neighbourhood in Christiansted. Steeple Museum and Apothecary Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carribbean Cinemas St Croix and Buccaneer Golf Course. Cruzan Gardens and St. George Village Botanical Garden are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Doug and Mary are from Sparks, Nevada has been coming to St. Croix for the excellent diving and knew that they wanted to buy a vacation property here so they could have an excuse to get to the island more often.
Why they chose this property
Doug and Mary purchased Coral Reef Beach House after looking at a number of other properties. They knew right off this was a great house. It is beautiful, comfortable and the cool ocean breezes and sounds of the waves are priceless. The central location on the north side of the island makes it so easy to get to North Shore beaches or Christiansted. The property is an acre lot with a pool, large grass yard for children to play, and adults to play lawn games. The roads are safe for walking and jogging through Judith's Fancy and admiring the gorgeous ocean views.
What makes this property unique
Coral Reef Beach House has an a nice sized pool patio and an enclosed patio with a 6 person glass table for outdoor dining and other comfortable wicker chairs to sit and relax and talk all of the exciting activities you did today.
