Villa Lanzarote is a two-story house located near Las Coloradas, one of the best areas of Playa Blanca, and very close to the beaches of Papagayo. It is a three-minute walk from the promenade, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea. A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Near the house there are two supermarkets (a SuperDino and an Overseas-Iceland), a cafeteria and a bus stop with a good combination for the town.

The ground floor consists of:
-Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils
