Villa near the Beach (80m), Outdoor Area, Perfect for Families - 6 Guests

The Villa is located in Solanas, about 30 km from Cagliari, very close to Villassimius. It is an excellent base for getting around and visiting the southern part of both western and eastern Sardinia.
Solanas has a beautiful beach about one km long with cliffs on both sides. The sea is beautiful, the water is always clean and crystal clear.
There are many services, reachable on foot with a short journey of about 10/15 minutes (supermarket, pizzerias, bar, pharmacy and tourist medical service). Two churches and a hotel).
We rent exclusively the upper floor of the Villa. Independent entrance and possibility of internal parking.
The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, one with a bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace.
Access to the sea is pedestrian, shaded lane with a journey of about 3 minutes.

Mare azzurro e trasparente, spiaggia pulita.

Sono molto contenta del soggiorno perché la proprietà corrispondeva alla descrizione, molto spaziosa e completa di arredi, utensili e biancheria; una bellissima e ampia area esterna molto utile per i momenti di relax. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Se ne avessi la possibilità tornerei volentieri per trascorrere le mie vacanze.
