bedankt voor uw opmerkingen Ik zeg in mijn mededeling en in mijn groet dat de woning oud is, de grond is ongeveer 2 eeuwen en de kleur is niet uniform. Op locatie zien we nog steeds oude patronen die kunnen worden gebruikt voor vlekken. De muren zijn steen oud en onregelmatige coatings De huishouding wordt elke keer grondig gedaan, maar de leeftijd van de materialen kan ervoor zorgen dat het niet schoon is Het spijt me maar kan niet oplossen om de muren te bedekken en vloeren met recente materialen is een beetje van ons erfgoed zou verdwijnen ...

A lovely apartment; just in need of wifi. Relaxing

I really enjoyed my stay there, and Sebastian and his mother were very nice people. The apartment was very nice and clean, and with lots of crockery and cutlery and pans; but I am not sure whether the red electric kettle was leaking. Then there was a knack which Sebastian explained of getting the outer door key to work; I had a few problems at first. Also, it does really need a wi-fi internet connection to make it a 10 out of 10 apartment for me. Finally, its situation in the sea-side town is very good, with the local shops and restaurants very good and friendly. Then the Bayeaux Tapestry at Bayeaux is only 30 minutes ride away; and well worth the stay at Luc-Ser-Mer. So I can recommend this apartment; as long as people realise the nearest 3 internet sites are at the nearby Tourist Information office, and at two of the nearby cafes; all less then 100m from the apartment.

Très bon séjour au calme à proximité de la plage et des commerces.Le logement a conservé son identité à l' image de l'ancien bien entretenu.L'accueil de Stéphanie la propriétaire vous met à l'aise.Un moment de détente à faire et à refaire.

déçu et déprimant...

Le studio est déprimant et ne crorrespond pas aux photos annoncé par le site. Une odeur de moisi et de renfermé qui se part pas malgré les fenêtres ouvertes. Un matelas usé et des oreillers usés de transpiration. Côté cuisine tout est très étroit et cela ne donne aucune envie de se faire à manger. Une bouteille de despérados entamée dans le frigo, une bouilloire sale, .... L'écoulement de la douche est limite, douchette qui ne tient pas au mur, ... Aucun placard ou endroit avec des cintres pour ranger les affaires, tous nos affaires sont restés dans nos valises. Le site montre une cour mais c'est une cour de passage avec en face des habitations; à 10m de là une rue avec une forte activités le soir; donc impossible de laisser les fenêtre ouvertes pour le coucher... Sinon Luc sur mer sympa malgré cela... Nous ne reviendrons pas malgré tout...

bonjour c'est avec une grande surprise que je découvre votre commentaire, les photos ne correspondent pas ? le matelas usé et des oreillers usés de transpiration ? la cuisine ne permet pas de se faire à manger ? il n'y a pas de placard et de rangement ? l'appartement est effectivement dans une cour commune à plusieurs logements très proche de la rue principale il est d'ailleurs noté dans mon annonce "dans une impasse au pied de la rue commerçante", pour la bière j'en ai retrouvé une après votre départ et suis étonnée que la personne qui a fait le ménage avant votre arrivée ne me l'ai pas enlevée en vérifiant le frigo je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour je suis aussi très étonnée mais chacun a ses propres demandes en général les personnes apprécient le calme et la situation géographique ainsi que le caractère authentique de l'appartement, vous pouvez d'ailleurs le constater dans les commentaires sur ce site et sur d'autres la famille qui était là juste avant vous a laissé ce commentaire "Direi tutto perfetto come da descrizione, segnalo inoltre l'estrema gentilezza dei proprietari.
