CHECKOUT — Late Fees will apply for unauthorised late checkout. Please vacate the property in time to avoid incurring a mandatory LATE FEE of £50.

We've always been blessed with warm welcomes and have been very appreciative when staying at other people's homes and we can only hope it is the same with our guests. Our villa is non-smoking. Please respect our wishes and do not smoke on the premises.

Barbados offers a superb Caribbean holiday experience. You'll feel right at home from the minute you step off the plane. The Bajan people are very welcoming.

STAFF
Our friendly team, will greet you upon arrival and show you around.

Our villa manager will be on call in case you need help during you stay. Housekeeping is provided - including fresh bedding and towels. We also provide a concierge service, ie airport fast-tracking, pre-stocking, etc.

Note - we have a NO SMOKING policy - please be respectful and do not smoke on the premises.
