Large 9 BR Family Retreat in this quiet Cove (11 Bedrooms with extra cottage)

We have newly renovated our property on beautiful Keuka Lake! This unique property features renovated 6 Bedroom house and new 3 Bedroom house overlooking Keuka Lake. Our unique property can be enjoyed with a large family/families or individually depending on your vacation needs and desires.

House #1: Old Glory overlooks the lake and includes waterfront access. This large house has recently been renovated but still includes its old comfortable charm.
This house has an enclosed porch area on side of house with ample yard/grass area for the kids to play and run around. House was renovated in 2017 with a new open porch overlooking the lake with 2 table top counters on the deck railing. This home has 6 bedrooms, 1 located on the main floor and 5 bedrooms up stairs overlooking the lake. There are 2 full baths, kitchen, large living space & mudroom with washer and dryer. Renovations include all new flooring throughout. There is ample parking for all. Share your family vacation at your own family retreat on sprawling 1.8 acre property. 2 large docks with raft offer plenty of water fun. 2 kayaks, paddle board and canoe offer fun filled days. Very close to many vineyards, distilleries and micro Breweries. Enjoy a day in the sun, a beautiful sunsets and a nice warm camp fire at night making smores and roasting marsh mellows.

House #2: Lake view was just completed in spring of 2020 and is ready to rent with all new furniture and amenities. Washer and dryer are included.
The new house will sleep 6 and include 2 bath rooms. New wrap around deck and stairs to the lake will explain why we named it Lake view.

Our optional 2 Bedroom waterfront Cottage (cost extra to rent) called 'Sunset' is located literally within feet of the water. This cottage is newly renovated, featuring all glass enclosed porch overlooking the water. The porch opens up to open living space, dining & kitchen with all new appliances, cabinetry and beautiful quartz counter tops! Living space has a Flat Screen TV with pull out queen sofa. There are 2 bedrooms and a sleeper/sofa to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The full size bathroom with tub was renovated in 2025. Bedrooms were enlarged in 2025 with new central air and heat.

Our annual family vacation was perfect! The property was perfect for us. Everyone had the space needed and the location on the lake provided calm water for swimming, paddle boarding, tubing and water skiing!

Amazing place for larger groups

We had such an amazing time at Brian‘s place! It is clean, well-stocked and perfect for a larger group with separate houses to get away for a little while if you wanted. There’s a raft, canoe, kayak and a swim platform for everyone to enjoy. Olney’s Place is a mile up the road for something you may have forgot(or a quick drink away from everyone😁). We will definitely be staying again!

If you have a large group but stil;l want some privacy this property is for you. The lake/dock is great; the houses were all clean and the AC was perfect. We took 3 of the houses and split my kids/spouses/grandchildren up so everyone had space but the little one's could be in the upper house for quite. There is plenty of greenspace for kids to play and access to Keuka lake is great. From the water gas/convenient store is 2 bays down so easy to get to. We will be back!!

Great rental, great experience for our large family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone! Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone! Very clean and comfortable!! Our entire group had a wonderful time. We had everything we needed and Christina who was close by was very helpful for anything we needed!

Beautiful lake, nice lake houses, docks, sunsets, neighborhood...a wonderful spot. We had all three houses and they were all perfect. It's not fancy...but it is homey and serene. Brian lives on the property and is always available, flexible, and helpful.

We so enjoyed the lake and yard kayaking fishing paddle boarding swimming fishing ( caught lots of big fish) and skiing and tubing. Beds were so comfortable. Lots of fun around campfire. Bachelorette weekend

Both houses were absolutely perfect! We were very please with our stay, and we had access to paddle boats, kayaks, and the dock. It was so wonderful. I wish we had at least another stay to enjoy the house and property! We spent a day checking out wineries/breweries as well. So much fun! We were in a great location to check out plenty of great places. I would love to come back! I miss it already!

Great family vacation spot

Could not have been more perfect. Road was quiet and house was on a small cove. We used all three houses on the property and all had plentiful kitchen wares, linens and towels. The kayaks and paddle boards got a lot of use as did the fire pit by the lake. Brian the owner greeted us and was close by for questions and the one issue that came up which was addressed right away. We hope to be back again.

Large family getaway

Beautiful, scenic lakefront location, multiple houses/ cottages were great for our extended family (12 adults of all ages, 2 teens, 2 infants). Great for swimming off the dock or wading in from shore, plenty of watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.). Plenty of outdoor seating/chairs, picnic tables, deck chairs, etc. Only minor critique, the small cottage bedrooms were quite cramped and got quite warm on hot afternoons, but fortunately the nights cooled off enough that it was fine for sleeping. Despite that, we'd be happy to come back any time, had a great vacation!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway & Gracious Host

We had the please of staying at Brian’s property who worked hard to get this property beautiful for us! We really appreciate Brian’s time, planning, & hard work. We recommend this property for any groups of families & friends who want to feel like they are on vacation & be able to enjoy lakefront access between two homes. With the new renovations, we felt like we could really enjoy the beautiful amenities & utilize the property for barbecuing, fire pits for an evening of relaxation & making s’mores, & the beauty of the lakefront access for guests to enjoy themselves. You won’t regret booking this property as it really met all our needs to having a great experience for all guests!

I built a post & beam cabin on 5 Acre lot 32 years ago and have been renting a cottage on Keuka Lake every year. I've always wanted to have a cottage on Keuka and could not pass up this unique Property where others could enjoy a week on the lake and enjoy the same family memories I have enjoyed.

This property has so much to offer! A vacationing family will enjoy a day on the lake boating, swimming, sunning or just relaxing. Centrally located to dozens of Wineries, 6 Micro Breweries, Museums & Restaurant's. Located between Penn Yan & Hammondsport on the desirable East side of Keuka Lake offers fantastic sunsets.
