Located at the mouth of the Charente, the peninsula of Fouras extends, over 4 km, its five sandy beaches, as well as its three ports, protected from heavy waves by the islands of Aix, Oléron and Ré. Welcome to Fouras at 4 rue Clemenceau Villa "Ajoupa" beach north. Near the pier of the island of Aix and the famous Fort Boyard, this house has a private entrance, as well as a parking in the park. Home consisting of: room of life, equipped and done up kitchen, 2 rooms, room of water, toilet. Garden with garden furniture. LOCATION: 200 m from the city center. 50m from the beach. EQUIPMENTS: TV in the living room. Appliances: induction hob, washing machine, microwave. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Consumption: water, electricity included in the rental price. Tourist tax: 0.85 euros per night and per person, payable locally. Not provided: sheets, bath towels.
