Our change over days are Fridays. During peak season we are unable to take bookings that are not arrive or departure on a Friday. Please enquire should you need further information.

Detached villa, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms sleeps 6. Air-con in all bedrooms and lounge. Satellite TV with Sky News + some entertainment channels, DVD, VHS and play station, with limited games. Free wi-fi. The villa is a detached property situated on a corner plot. All within a 5/10 minute walk to local supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beach. Large outside patio space with private pool, barbecue and roof terrace with amazing panoramic sea views. Fully fitted kitchen, completely equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven. Bedding and towels provided. The villa has a safe for your security.
Cot, highchair and z beds available for an additional fee.

Fab villa - great location

Fab villa in a great location, with wonderful views from the roof terrace! Easy, flat 5 mins walk into centre with good supermarkets and variety of restaurants and some fun entertainment most nights. Oh and the beds are comfortable!!

It was just as describe and more. Perfect for us, suitable for an under two up to 74 year old family holiday. Finding the villa and getting access was easy thanks to the owners instructions. 5 Star Villa

We were three sisters, all in our 60"s, just wanting a relaxing week together. Casa Petre was everything we had hoped for. We had a bedroom and a bathroom each which was perfect! The villa is spacious and private with a lovely pool and views of the sea. Restaurants and well stocked supermarkets within easy walking distance. Already planning a return visit next year!

Lovely family holiday

We had two weeks in this villa which was a 5 minute stroll to the village . A lovely villa and pool with everything you need . The air con was much needed during our stay and having three showers was a bonus . A lovely touch was there was tea and coffee left behind . We would definitely recommend

Villa Petre was absolutely amazing. It was spotlessly clean, had a huge pool and the location was great. We did have a slight problem on our first day but the property manager was extremely helpful and had it sorted within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend if you are after a peacful and relaxing family holiday. U⅞

Perfect Villa - chilled holiday

Modern villa with a beautiful pool and lovely views of the sea. Great location - few minutes walk to resort centre with lots of restaurants - Samoa good value set menu, Salamander nice location, 007 nice garden. Beach short distance via lots of steps! Villa facilities great - wifi, lots of dvds, fully equipped kitchen, great a/c and nice touches like lots of hangers and hairdryer in every room. Lovely terrace with the sea view. Villa very clean and management staff very helpful cleaning pool regularly. Would definitely recommend this villa. It kept 2 teenagers happy and we would love to return soon

Excellent sejour

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort et très propre. Nous avons eu la possibilité d arriver un peu plus tôt , 12h. Ce que nous avons fort apprécié . La plage est proche à pied ainsi que les commerces. Le stationnement dans la rue est très facile. La climatisation dans les chambres la nuit à contribuer à notre repos. Merci Debbie

Wonderful week in Cala n Porter

The villa was everything that we wanted and more. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. A lovely pool and outside area…just a few minutes walk to the center of Cala n Porter. Would definitely return.

Thank you for your feedback. It was our plan to replace the mattresses for 2021 season unfortunately COVID delayed this. However, I am pleased to advise that all matresses were replaced in October 21. Sunbeds and umbrellas were new 2020

Fab villa, sea views & location. Only thing we can fault are the old, mattresses on all the beds.

Great holiday and villa with an amazing location and sea views . The mattresses on the beds do all need replacing though as they are so old and uncomfortable. This was the only thing we could fault. Thanks Debi for sharing your amazing villa with us.

Super Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der ersten Septemberhälfte in dem Haus. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und man kann auch den Strand gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Great Villa to rent

Lovely clean Villa & having your own pool is so nice. Villa had everything you needed & the BBQ was great. Close to shops & bars, nice stroll down to the beach but a hard climb back up if you have young children. Would definitely recommend

Really Great

Great villa, just as described by the owner who is very helpful. Excellent location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The villa had everything you could need, plus those little extras like a couple of sun brollies to take to the beach & shopping bags. Sitting on the veranda having breakfast looking at the sea view, can’t beat it. Our three year old grandson was able to watch television / his films as there was hdmi/usb/pc interfaces on the back of the tv as well as the owners entertainment equipment. When a minor maintenance issue was required the man arrived within minutes and dealt with it very promptly. We would recommend it to anyone with a large family group, we had 6, its clean and well presented, two of the bedrooms have on-suite and they all have air-con as well as the main room. There is also a rooftop sun balcony to get away from little voices. Cala en Porter is an unspoilt resort with a lovely sand beach with lifeguard & WC’s lots of restaurant’s serving good food, even an Indian that serves lovely fresh prawns in their dishes. Beautiful villa with great views

This is a lovely villa which is located close to all the amenities in Cala n Porter. Very spacious. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is due to the beds being a bit uncomfortable. We also had a problem with ants in the kitchen - I know this happens in Menorca but I even found them in the fridge one day. (We never leave food around to encourage them either). The view from the patio area must be one of the best for any villa in CnP

Fantastic week at Casa del Petra

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the villa. We were a group of 6 adults, we had plenty of space. It has everything you need and is in a wonderful location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and super market. The pool is a great size to allow for lots of games and swimming. We enjoyed using the BBQ and some of the card games on the cupboard! Only reason I have not put 5stars is that the aircon in two of the bedrooms wasn't working. However we reported it and it was looked at the next day. One other thing to note is that villa is very peaceful most of the day but there is the occasional late night reveller walking back from the Cave bar at around 3am. It was only a problem when we slept with the windows open. However this didn't really bother us very much and we loved our week at the villa!!

We really enjoyed our stay in villa casa petre. Lovely outside area with plenty of sun beds. Beautiful pool. The villa was furnished lovely inside with just one complaint. The beds were not very comfy. The mattresses could be better. Other than that we had a brilliant holiday. Set in a beautiful location in Cala en porter

Lovely villa

me and my family stayed for a lovely week at this beautiful villa. We have stayed in a few villas around calan porter and we all agreed this was the best one we have ever stayed in. It is close to all the bars and restaurants and the beach. My 11 year old brother absolutely loved the pool! He didn't get out of it all week!! Will definitely be looking to book this villa again. 😀😀

Fantastic weeks holiday in a lovely villa

We have just spent a fantastic week in this lovely villa. Externally the villa sits on a large corner plot slightly elevated from some of the neighbours, which allows for fantastic views out to the sea. And all feels very secure and private. The villa is spotless clean and has everything you need supplied. Two well stocked supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk away, as is a pretty good selection of restaurants. In the opposite direction the caves are a short walk away and are worth a visit. The beach, around 10 minutes from the villa, is lovely and clean and safe. All in all a great holiday location and accommodation.
