This lovely New England-style cottage is situated on a dead-end road in a great Bailey Island neighborhood! This house does not have water views, but what it lacks in views it makes up for with its great location for exploring the island on foot, such as the Giant Stairs walking path where you can enjoy the crashing surf and sunrise, or the picturesque Mackerel Cove with its working lobster wharfs and lovely beach perfect for swimming or strolling.

This house is the epitome of a Maine cottage. As you walk in through the door you will find a large living area with comfortable furniture and a TV equipped with satellite so you can watch all your favorite shows. Explore further into the home and you will be in the eat-in kitchen with loads of charm. There is a half bath located on the main floor off of the kitchen. All of the four bedrooms are located upstairs as well as the full bathroom. The first of the bedrooms is located right at the top of the stairs and has a king size bed in the primary bedroom. There are also two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The last bedroom has a twin bed. The full bathroom has a stand-up shower only. There is a newly expanded deck to enjoy the sunshine and summer breeze, complete with patio furniture and a charcoal grill.
