Create vacation memories in this spacious multi-level family-owned beach house on 40th Street in Sea Isle City. Cleanliness is our mantra for giving our guests an enjoyable vacation!

Rental Property includes five bedrooms, three full baths. Sleeps up to 15.

Newly updated open space features family/dining/kitchen area with flat-screen TV and large dining table for dinners and games of Scrabble. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, flatware, pots, pans and all important crab pot. One large outdoor front deck with dining table and settee. Private backyard patio deck with table, chairs, strings of lights, landscaping and grill. Refreshing outdoor shower. Driveway fits three cars. Three blocks from 40th Street beach and famous Promenade. Short walk to restaurants on celebrated Fish Alley. Public dock nearby and playground/basketball courts.

Central air, smart TV, wifi, washer-drier.

Overnight guests limited to 15. No bedding or towels provided.

Great house! Very comfortable! About 3 blocks from the beach. It was really nice being close to the center of town.

Sea Isle Family Vacation

Beautiful home in Sea Isle City, in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. My family and I had a wonderful time despite a hurricane passing through. Well equipped kitchen, great deck, backyard, shower house, and just super comfy for us all. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great rental property!

Stayed with a couple friends for a bachelor party weekend. Kathy (owner) was responsive and friendly to work with! Simply put, the place was awesome. A ton of room, nice neighbors, quick walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. The front deck was perfect for enjoying the sun and some chatter with friends and neighbors. The backyard was great for grilling and lounging. I would definitely rent this place again!

Incredible home! Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It is the perfect location, right by all the shops and bars. The backyard has a beautiful patio. Great neighbors and lots of windows and 3 decks! I had a fabulous stay and my sister was very happy with her bridal shower. Thanks for everything.

amazing vacation!

Beautiful, well kept home! Kathy is great through the whole process.

Kathy is wonderful through the whole process, We love Sea Isle and come every year but this was by far my most favorite. Her home is clean, and in the perfect location. Right in the middle of the gorgeous sunsets of sea isle and the beach. Perfect is the only way to describe it. I can't wait to come next year! Thanks again Kathy for everything. Tamara and family

Memorial Day weekend '15

First of all, dealing directly with an owner and not a rental company can be a little unnerving, but Kathy is absolutely wonderful. She always replied quickly to any of my questions and was more than willing to make some accommodations for our large group in regards to flexibility checking in and out, because there weren't other parties renting. So, in this case there are advantages to booking directly through the owner!!! The place is kept very well, but is still very comfortable. Furniture, bedding, outdoor seating, kitchen appliances, etc. are all in great condition. And the best part is the rate, as it is one of the most affordable vacation homes that I've come across that can accommodate 15 people! Highly endorse, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious home

I stayed here with friends over a long weekend in May, 2015. Katherine could not have been more responsive all along the way. The house exceeded all expectations-- it was near everything in Sea Isle, had ample space, and was perfectly clean for us. This will be my go-to rental next time I go to Sea Isle.
