Walled house located in the area of villas 3 minutes walk from the beach - 500 m from the Port and the city center, right in front of the market, the "Luna Park", the tourist office, moving without car possible (2 parking spaces in the inner courtyard)

Fantastic beach house

Lovely hostess and wonderful home with essential dipping pool and plenty of space. No a/c so July/August can be warm but lots of fans available. All essentials are just a few blocks away and market right down the street 3x/week. Quiet beach town; good base for exploring Languedoc. Undisclosed was a request for a cash security deposit and need to clean the house before move out.

Wunderschön!

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Besuch und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit! Die Besitzerin war unglaublich bemüht und auch das Objekt an sich war wie gemacht für uns! Sowohl die Kids (2 und 5 Jahre) als auch die großen Kids hatten Spaß und fühlten sich bestens aufgehoben! Der wirklich schöne und sauber Sandstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht und auch das Zentrum des Örtchens ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Super Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) haben eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Geschätzt haben wir die Grösse und Weitläufigkeit des Hauses und die Nähe zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und besorgt um das Wohl der Gäste. Der angrenzende Luna Park hat überhaupt nicht gestört.

superschönes und geräumiges haus, fast am Stand

Wir waren dieses Jahr mit 3 Familien da (6 Erw./6 Kinder) und waren so begeistert, dass wir sofort für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben! Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, sondern es gibt auch jede Menge Platz, so dass man sich auch mit vielen Leuten nicht auf die Füsse tritt. Die Außenterassen bieten viel Platz zum spielen, entspannen, frühstücken, Eqiupment abstellen etc.. Besonders angetan waren wir von der kleinen Außenküche, in der wir abends gemütlich gemeinsam essen und kochen konnten. Das Haus ist nur 3 Min. vom Strand entfernt, der für alle was zu bieten hat. Wir hatten Kinder im Alter von 2-13 Jahren dabei und keinem war langweilig! Es gibt Sand zum Burgen bauen, das Wasser geht sehr seicht rein (perfekt für Kleinkinder) und die vorgelagerten Steine bieten jede Menge Tummelplatz für Krebse, Tintenfische etc. (perfekt für die großen Kinder). Es gibt leider keine Strandbar o.ä. (nicht so perfekt für die ganz großen Kinder ;-)), aber wir haben alles vom Haus mitgebracht. War ja nicht so weit! Das einzige Manko, das vielleicht manche Leute stören könnte, ist der Luna Park gleich gegenüber vom Haus. Dies ist eine kleine Kirmes, die abends von 20.30 bis ca. 0.00 geöffnet hat. Die Kinder fanden es natürlich toll und da wir meistens eh nicht vor Mitternacht ins Bett kamen, war uns der leichte Lärm egal. Hat man drinnen allerdings die Fenster etc. geschlossen, hat man auch nichts mehr gehört. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

UNE PERLE

avec un accueil des plus sympathique par les propriétaires, nous vous recommandons cette villa tant par son charme avec sa décoration soignée, son espace, ses prestations (rien ne manque), ses literies de qualité, ses nombreuses terrasses très agréables (toutes les chambres donnent sur une terrasse au moins), sans oublier sa situation proche du centre ville, du port, de la mer, de toutes activités. Nous vous la conseillons sans problème, que vous soyez en famille, entre amis, avec enfants ou non, chacun y trouvera son espace. et au fait, vous oubliez la voiture, pas besoin !!
