Great place for family of 6

We had the best time building memories off the fishing dock, crabbing, shelling and swimming. The condo was perfect for our family of 6 and the space was clean and well decorated! We have an amazing week!

Excellent location with beautiful marsh views and beach access

This condo has a great location right on the marsh with beautiful views. The beach access is just across the parking area. The large community pool can be seen from the deck. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. I have been coming to this area of South Litchfield for years and it is my favorite. You can walk to the Litchfield Inn for bar, lunch, and 5 star dining at night. We will be back! The owners are new so there are not many reviews as of yet, but the secret will get out eventually.

Construction Crews working on the building

Excellent property. Lack of communication regarding the construction taking place in the building, including our unit's balcony the week of our stay. Unfortunately no one let us know that a full construction crew was working the week of our stay. After complaining the owner did provide a 50% refund which was appreciated.
