House was adorable, had a great yard, very clean and all the amenities you need. The location was great—rt near So Co. Host was great w/ communication as well. Only thing is the locks are tricky even w/ directions but otherwise great place.

Both the inside and the outside of the home are stunning and we (2 couples) had a wonderful time. The outdoor space and cocktail pool were beautiful and despite the heat in Austin in August, we spent a great deal of time there. The kitchen is also stocked with top of the line cookware and dishes that made cooking together easy and fun. Our only issue was some frustration with the gate lock but owner was very responsive. Overall a fabulous stay that we would absolutely return to and highly recommend to others.

Beautiful the kitchen had everything you could ever need. They had party supplies they had games. It was awesome. The master bedroom was absolutely idyllic. I cannot recommend this property enough. It was a perfect vacation

Great place for a family trip

This lovely, well furnished house with large well equipped kitchen was a perfect place for our multi-generational family gathering. An easy drive to anywhere in Austin made it a great base from which to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly with no surprises, which was a huge plus! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed.Our favorite part was definitely the outdoor spaces. We loved relaxing together on the deck, spending time under the large oak tree, and soaking up a little sunshine. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We did drive to downtown Austin and other spots since it was a bit too hot for walking. Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Austin!

Great weekend away with friends

This house was a perfect oasis for our very fun girl's trip to Austin in late June. After site-seeing all day, we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail pool and the cozy deck as welcome places to relax. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and the beds were wonderful. The house is an easy, short car ride from everything fun. Thanks so much for a great place to stay.

Just back from 3 night stay at Lynn’s house for a family wedding. Seamless trip made easy by great communication, a spacious very well equipped home in perfect quiet neighborhood close to all Austin is known for. Incredible sized kitchen & yard for a group to enjoy. Thanks Lynn!

Great house, outdoor spaces, near to downtown Austin and airport

This house was perfect for 5 adults; 3 bedrooms- comfortable beds, unique fun decorating, Austin music and Austin "weird" themed. The weather was fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The home is 10 min from most any place you want to go in Austin. Many fabulous food locations to eat!! I hope we get to stay here again!
