Is in walking distance to a lot of nice and good restaurants, easy access to supermarkets, local supermarket 600 meters and bigger supermarket as Eroski just 800 meters away. Shops and stores for bicycle rental, water sports are only 800 meters away in the center of Puerto Pollensa.



The apartment has 3 double bedrooms - one with double bed and bathroom en suite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom without shower and without a bath and each of them have 2 single beds. Cold water shower on the terrace. A cozy living-dining room has TV Chromecast. with comfortable sofas, has access to the terrace. A complete bathroom and a laundry area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast area.

It has a large outside area where to enjoy and spend some time with family or friends with a dining table and armchairs.



Wifi is included in the price.

Air conditioning in the living/dining room and in the three bedrooms.

Nice comfortable and well equipped corner apartment.. Lovely big terrace on two sides. Owner lives nearby and was pleasant and helpful. Initial difficulty with wifi which was resolved after a couple of days. Possibly because there hadn’t been a rental recently
