50 meters from the beach, in Sant'Andrea in Quartu S. Elena we offer our cottage with a double bedroom and one with a bunk bed, two bathrooms (one inside and one outside); large and fresh living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue and external hot shower.

The holiday that we offer is dedicated to absolute relaxation; in privacy guaranteed by the garden on 4 sides with well-kept lawn and numerous plants. There is also an external hot shower, barbecue and wood oven.

The (sandy) beach is frequented by many families with children. Available all the equipment for the sea, canoe and bicycle.

A great house, location and amazing hosts

The first impression was: wow, it’s even better than the images online. Everything was just so nice: the welcome from the hosts, the surprise in the refrigerator (thank you again!), the location a few steps from the beach that is really children friendly... the only thing worth considering by the hosts is to invest in an air-condition but perhaps then it would be too perfect:) the BBQ is great, the pines offer a great shadow, the outer shower with hot water... one really cannot ask for more. Thanks again for having us and if one is hesitating: do not, just go, you won’t regret it.

sejour tres agréable avec plage à proximité(50m). jardin propice à la détente(sieste à l'ombre). maison bien entretenue et fonctionnelle.barbecue et four à pizza bien pratiques. localisation qui permet de rayonner vers les sites alentours( Cagliari 25', Villasimus....).accueil de Marina excellent avec frigo et placards garnis:)

Super maison de vacances, a 2 pas de la plage

Maison tres agreable, située a 50 m d une plage tres agreable. Equipement très complet, cuisine parfaite. Marina est par ailleurs tres attentive et au service de ses locataires, avec une bonne communication. Seule surprise, le chemin d accès a la maison, un peu rock n roll, mais c est plus surprenant que problematique.

Sehr schön!!!

Tolles Haus mit Garten in Strandnähe. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Selbstgebackenes Brot, frisches Obst sowie kühle Getränke standen bereit. Innen war alles sauber, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns das Grillhäuschen gefallen. Man durfte das hauseigene Kayak nutzen. Wir haben die Zeit genossen!

Très bel emplacement, pratique et sans vis à vis

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au mois d'août avec une petite fille de 2 ans. L'emplacement est tout simplement super avec des enfants, car la plage est à 50 mètres, et même s'il y a quelques plus belles plages dans le sud, celle-ci est extrêmement pratique et il y a peu de monde ! Proche d'une air de jeux pour enfants, des supermarchés, et à 15km de Cagliari. Concernant la maison, tous les équipements (surtout cuisine) sont présents, on ne manque de rien, les propriétaires vous préparent même quelques rafraichissement dans le frigo à votre arrivée... vraiment appréciable après l'avion et la route. Afin de rendre la maison parfaite, il manque simplement une climatisation, car quand certains jours il fait 34°, il est difficile de correctement dormir même avec un ventilateur. Le jardin est clos, sécurisé, sans aucun vis à vis. En bref n'hésitez pas ! Merci à Marina et Marco pour leur accueil.

Bella, comoda e tranquilla!!!!!

Siamo stati alla fine di Giugno e quindi sicuramente la zona non era "popolata" al massimo, ma dato il periodo eccezionalmente caldo c'è stata sicuramente una buona affluenza.La casa è come da foto:bella,ombreggiata,vicinissima al mare,ventilata e silenziosa.Arredata con sobrietà e gusto ma con tutto quello che può servire e tutto di ottima qualità.Il giardino è bellissimo,c'è persino un bbq al coperto e un vero forno!La spiaggia e veramente vicina e il mare è stupendo(ma bisogna essere fortunati col vento come dappertutto).consiglio l'auto per scoprire le meravigliose spiagge della costa sud,l'auto è indispensabile perchè la SP17 non è vicinissima.La strada per la SP17 è in parte sterrata e stretta,ma non c'è molto traffico. In ultimo conoscere Marina è stato un piacere:solare,disponibile,generosa.Un'esperienza molto positiva. Siamo stati molto bene, grazie!

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir waren in der zweiten Juni Woche auf Sardinien. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem italienischen Wohngebiet 2 Minuten Fußläufig von einem Sand/Kiesstrand entfernt.Der schöne Garten ist nicht einsehbar.Auf der Terrasse haben wir abends sehr lange gesessen. Es ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht oder immer schonmal haben wollte (Pizzaofen, Strandausstattung bis hin zum Kajak). Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Der Ausgangspunkt in Richtung Costa Rei 30 Minuten (Traumstrände) und Iglesias, Oristana im Süden ist sehr gut. Die Vermieterin Marina ist SEHR NETT und Hilfsbereit. Liebe Marina noch einmal DANKE für die schöne Zeit, den leckeren Wein, Obst usw. welche zur Begrüßung im Haus war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Superbe maison de vacances!

La maison est très jolie et cosy , même si nous avons essentiellement vécu dehors( douche en extérieur, BBQ et grande terrasse ombragée). Marina et Marco sont très gentils et disponibles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié qu'ils remplissent le garde-manger avec de nombreux produits locaux! La plage est vraiment très proche, même si ce n'est pas la plus belle que nous ayons vu (normal en Sardaigne!) Je recommande vraiment cette location!

marina et marco sont adorables et vous réservent un accueil chaleureux; ils prennent le temps de vous donner tous renseignements.ils vous laissent même quelques dégustations dans le frigo.... la maison est très propre,pratique,avec 2 chambres et une bonne literie, un joli jardin et une grande terrasse ombragée.à 50m au bout du chemin,une plage de sable. proximité de cagliari et des jolies côtes sauvages et plages. nous avons passé un excellent séjour....merci encore à marina et marco. marie et bernard.
