The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds and closet and is decorated with a seascape mural on three of its walls. Enjoy evenings in the large living/dining area with a 60' HD TV with DVD, cable, wireless internet, and Netflix. Board games, books and puzzles are provided for your indoor enjoyment. Tennis racquets, two bicycles, a cooler, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, and beach canopy are provided for your use. You are within walking distance to a park with a playground and basketball court, tennis court, and a local coffee shop and tavern. There are many wonderful restaurants close by. Recreational activities include all water sports, running or walking the beach, cycling, tennis, basketball, and volleyball. John's Pass is 5 miles away where you can experience waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, and water excursions (jet ski and boat rentals). Our local star 'Winter' from the movie 'Dolphin's Tale' resides at the Clearwater Aquarium about 20 minutes north. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an hour away. Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World are all within a 2 hour drive. The Suncoast Beach Trolley that goes for 15 miles up and down Gulf Blvd. has a stop right outside. For only $5 you can hop on and off all day, traveling from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. During the season, you can enjoy a Rays baseball game at the indoor Tropicana Field or stroll through museums and art galleries near the bustling St. Pete Marina and downtown area.
