Independent apartment in a villa not far from the center of Noto. Casa Da'Ria offers you among its comforts also a garden, barbecue area, private parking with automated gate and artificial lakes. The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of Noto, tranquility and greenery with the possibility of keeping animals on request. This modern nest for two has a separate entrance enriched by an iron and glass concrete staircase, a veranda and a balcony to be able to stay outdoors. In addition to the kitchenette with fridge oven and all utensils, you will have a relaxation area with sofa and flat screen TV, wifi, thermo-conditioned, iron and a double bedroom with attached bathroom. Possibility to request laundry service. Finally, upon your arrival you will receive a welcome welcome gift. Deposit of 100 euros on arrival which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the property.

tutto magnifico

che dire tutto impeccabile dalla proprietaria, alla casa. parcheggio disponibile, letto comodo, daniela gentilissima e preparatissima su tutto, colazione simpaticissima, casa arredata con gusto e completa persino di scarpiera e ammazza zanzare, il tavolino nel cortile è un punto in più. veramente tutto impeccabile. grazie di cuore daniela per come ci hai trattato

Mix Relax e natura

Graziosa villetta immersa nel verde dove la pace e la tranquillità fanno da padrone. Un posto di quiete lontano dai rumori del paese ma molto vicino al centro. La natura che lo circonda e l'ospitalita'dei padroni di casa ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

immersa nel verde

Quando ho prenotato questa struttura avevo paura che la lontananza dal centro fosse stata notevole... Però, quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che la casa era a soli 5 minuti dal centro come ci aveva detto la simpaticissima Daniela (la proprietaria) al telefono. Immersa nel verde e vicino al centro. Il connubio perfetto che cercavo con la mia compagna per visitare questa parte della Sicilia veramente fantastica.

Posizione strategica e accoglienza impeccabile

La casa è posizionata in un punto strategico, riesci ad apprezzare la tranquillità della campagna e la bellezza di Noto (a due passi). L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari è stata impeccabile, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La casa è un gioiello d'architettura, accogliente e comodissima. La consiglio. Esperienza da rifare.

Incantevole, un grazioso angolo di paradiso.

Abbiamo scelto questa casa con giardino, a pochi passa dalla bellissima cittá di Noto, per poter vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza, godendo sia della città ma anche della quiete in cui è immersa la casetta. Arredata con gusto , pulita e nuovissima, è fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Il giardino privato rende il tutto superlativo. Ci torneremo!

Da provare, posto incantevole

Appena fuori città, posto fantastico immerso nella natura con il meraviglioso panorama della città barocca che si offre ai nostri occhi. Alloggio arredato con gusto, impeccabile per la pulizia. I proprietari, persone molto disponibili e simpaticissimi. Da provare!!
