We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views overlooking the gulf and the lazy river were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing setting throughout our visit. The condo itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciated how well-maintained the property was. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Our stay was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and more. We cooked 2 nights of our stay and it had all the kitchen items we needed. We were very comfortable and were able to enjoy ourselves at the resort.

One bedroom is actually right off kitchen with French doors and no bathroom. Water leak made entire condo smell like cat urine. We let management know and hope it was fixed before the next renter. The Caribe was very nice 20 years ago but could use some property updates. Walkways/elevators felt dirty and old/not well maintained. We don’t plan to stay at the Caribe again but really enjoyed it in years past.

The unit is gorgeous in terms of views. It had a funny smell to it but it was bearable. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.

20 years plus visiting the Caribe. They have redone lazy river deck. Exceptional updating.

Unit has not been well maintained. Had multiple issues upon arrival including missing Keurig coffee maker, missing door knob on bedroom door, broken shelf and faucet in half bath, broken soap dispenser on kitchen sink, and a broken outdoor outlet near electric grill. I will notes that beds were comfortable and sheets/towels were a nice quality. Do have a major complaint with the property security gate crew who refused to let members of my group onto the property even after they provided all relevant info requested of them for entry. They were forced to turn around and leave but then hit the curb and blew out a tire. It was an unnecessary ordeal. Generally speaking I did not feel the property is maintained at a high level. Lots of peeling paint, broken tiles around the pool areas, cockroaches and hanging electrical wires to name a few. Indoor pools were so overly chlorinated you couldn’t stay in the water due to fumes. There was also no readily available information on how to access equipment to use any of the outdoor games like cornhole or putt putt. I selected this location for the lazy river, which was nice but after all the other issues I will notes be staying at Caribe again.
