Beautiful Olde Naples Condo 2 1/2 Blocks from the Beach at Prime Location!
Available March 1-31, 2021 and April 1-May 5, 2021 (30 day minimum) - Our condo was professionally decorated and is conveniently located 1 block from 5th Avenue shopping and 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. There is 1 garage parking space for the unit. The condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. We have a lanai on one side of the unit and a small outdoor eating area on the other side. The condo is part of a 7-unit complex with a shared pool and grill area. The street is quiet but convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. 30 day minimum rental is required by condo association. No smoking or pets allowed; all leases must be approved by condo association. Maximum occupancy is 4.
