In Porticcio, in a quiet private estate, this villa directly on the shore is facing the Sanguinaires islands' with a garden, a terrace on the sea, and a private access to the water, a striking view over the bay of Ajaccio, a small rocks cove for romantic baths, a hundred meters from the sand beach area.

The house offers a pleasnt living room with a new kitchen, five bedrooms including 4 on the garden and facing the sea, a marine terrace for dinners in front of the setting sun, a sheltered terrace for shadowed lunch during the hot season, and even a small shaded corner for a quiet nap under the trees.

You'll love the Domaine de la Pointe with its limited traffic, its beautiful gardens, ideal for jogging fan. Other available sports are the tennis residency courts and all water sports. The spa thalassotherapy service is offered by the 4 * Sofitel hotel nearby, which also has an inhouse doctor, a unique swimming pool and a top class restaurant.


Porticcio in the Gulf of Ajaccio is THE best located Corsican resort. The village center, one mile away, provides all the shops you need, other wide sunny beaches offering all water sports and boat renting, sometimes big waves (Agosta beach), and further south the transparent water and fine sand of the Silver Beach.

Sports enthusiasts will find jet ski, windsurfing, golf, tennis, diving ... And not far away, the high Corsican mountains. Night partygoers will enjoy themselves at the Blue Moon and mixer evenings on the beaches.

Culture lovers will take the shuttle boat to get to Ajaccio in half an hour to visit the top italian paintings of the Fesch museum, exploring the narrow streets of the old girl visiting the fortress, the Napoleon's birth house, the Ajacccio cathedral, the

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle und das heimkommen nach einer Tour war wie Heimat. Allein die Bäder sollten dem hochpreisigen Mietobjekt angepasst und renoviert werden. Oder aber der Mietpreis entsprechend an die Bäder angepasst werden.

La maison est parfaite, correspondant au descriptif: équipement, vue sur mer, tranquillité ( sauf qqs. avions). Seul bémol : 150€ pour le ménage, en partant ! Je n'ai pas souvenir que c'était indiqué dans l'annonce

Magnifique!!! vue superbe maison facile à vivre nous avons adoré l'endroit merci à Rosa pour son accueil nous recommandons cette maison juste une petite remarque sur la dernière chambre qui est trop petite pour un adulte...

Séjour idyllique à Sépistini, Porticcio !

Séjour en famille dans cette villa lumineuse, confinée dans une végétation méditerranéenne aérée. Tout confort, impeccable. On descend par un chemin privé, taillé dans le maquis, donnant sur une petite crique très agréable. Proximité d'une plage superbe, familiale, reposante et discrète. Le soir au coucher, vision d'extase sur les Sanguinaires... Excellent rapport qualité/Prix.

Je tenais juste à vous dire que nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Elle bénéficie en plus d'un emplacement extraordinaire. Nous avons été de même très bien accueilli, ce qui est très appréciable. Elle est les pieds dans l'eau. Très bonne adresse !

Excellent, tout est parfais, l'accueil , la maison on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Il ne manque rien au niveau matériel. La mer à quelques mêtres sans danger pour les enfants, le calme et ... quelle vue ! Merci de nous avoir loué votre maison . Nous reviendrons certainement. JE RECOMMANDE.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil!

Erstmals danken wir dem Vermieter für die Überlassung dieser wunderschönen Villa für unseren Familienurlaub. Der Kontakt hinsichtlich Reservation war sehr freundlich; die Übergabe und Rücknahme vor Ort unkompliziert. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen. Das Haus bietet sowohl im Wohn-/Essbereich drinnen wie auch auf der Gartenterrasse und dem gedeckten Sitzplatz draussen ausreichend Platz für gemütliches Beisammensein. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen mit guter Infrastruktur in der nahen Umgebung. Auch die Nähe zum Flughafen von Ajaccio (ca. 20 min. Autofahrt) haben wir geschätzt. Die Flugzeuge können zwar im Landeanflug und beim Abflug beobachtet werden und sind hörbar, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer war traumhaft schön! Auch die Sonnenuntergänge haben uns jeden Abend von neuem beeindruckt. Im Garten war kaum Wind zu spüren, so dass es auch im April warm genug war, sich an der Sonne auszuruhen. Ein wunderschönes Ferienparadies!

Un grand merci à nos amis Suisses de cette appréciation que je traduits in extenso : “Wunderschönes Feriendomizil!” "Merveilleux lieu de vacances" Nous remercions d'abord nos hôtes pour la mise à disposition de cette merveilleuse villa pour nos vacances familiales. Le contact lors de la réservation fut très amical, la réception sur place et le départ du lieu fut sans complication. Nous étions au total huit personnes. La maison offre tout à la fois dans sa partie séjour-repas à l'intérieur que dehors sur la terrasse du jardin comme sur les sièges couverts toute la place suffisante pour une vie en commun confortable. La villa est située au calme avec une bonne infrastructure de voisinage immédiat. Nous avons apprécié aussi la proximité de l"aéroport d'Ajaccio qui est a quelques 20 minutes de voiture. On peut observer et entendre les avions à l'approche comme au décollage, mais ceci ne nous a pas dérangé. Prendre son petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse surplombant la mer est d'une beauté de rêve. De même les couchers de soleil nous ont chaque soir impressionnés comme au premier soir! Le vent n'était à peine ressenti dans le jardin ce qui permettait en avril de se reposer au soleil. Maison et situation très agréables

Maison idéalement située dans un domaine privé, accès direct à la mer, très agréable jardin, maison trouvée dans un état irréprochable. Fort bien accueillis par Rosa la femme de ménage. La maison est conviviale, la cuisine fort bien équipée. Très proche de l'aéroport et d'Ajaccio est appréciable. Pratique pour partir de Porticcio pour Bonifacio ou les calanques de Piana pour la journée. Une location à recommander.

Vacances les pieds dans l'au

Vue magique avec terrasse au dessus de la mer, idéalement placé pour les couchers de soleil sur les sanguinaires. Egalement aux premières loges pour le feu d'artifice du 15 août, tiré du Sofitel à quelques centaines de mètres. Emplacement idéal pour les départs en canoé. Un jardin très agréable avec toujours des coins d'ombre pour bouquiner ou roupiller. Seul bémol pour les personnes sensibles, le passage des avions car l'aéroport d'Ajaccio n'est pas très loin, mais les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le spectacle!

un petit coin de paradis

vacances sublimes, en famille... maison très bien équipée, très propre toute fleurie, et idéalement située, au calme, face à la mer... une petite descente pour se baigner dans les rochers (attention, oursins), plages très proches à pied, tennis à disposition à 20 mètres, au calme de l'agitation de porticcio à 3 minutes en voiture... contact avec les propriétaires très facile, tout était parfait, nous reviendrons...

QUE DU BEAU ET DU REPOS !

La description de la maison est très fidèle à la réalité (équipements, sanitaires, propreté, entretien..) et la vue sur la mer et le calme s'apprécient encore plus lorsqu'on est sur place ! Idéal pour se reposer tout en étant proche des commodités avec des plages magnifiques ! Merci aux propriétaires et aux personnes sur place qui ont fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse. Location à recommander à TOUS !

Why they chose this property

This family vacation villa was the fist inhabited house in the beautuful Domaine de Porticcio, a superb private domain biud in the eraly sixties in the US style, actually teh first development in the gorgious bay of Ajaccio. Juste near the luxury Hotel Sofitel du Cap and very close to the special thalassotherapy spa center.
