Beachfront- Gorgeous 4 Bedroom House

***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

4 Bedroom/3 Bath Oceanfront House

Enjoy our beautiful, spacious beachfront house, that sits on the sand as you relax and marvel at surfers on ocean waves, and look in the distance at the fishermen on Imperial Beach Pier. Enjoy breathtaking views from the patio, kitchen, dining, living room, and master bedroom. A guest writes: 'Our favorite thing was sitting on the patio with a glass of wine every evening watching the incredible sunsets!' There are four bedrooms. A guest writes' My favorite thing was falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves! Another writes:There is also a top roof deck. Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

The house is beautiful and the views were incredible. We wish the beach access was better as we were afraid the kids were going to fall. Love that we were able to walk to local eateries. This house and location was perfect, if it wasn’t because the water was contaminated the entire experience would have exceeded our expectations. We had to drive 30 minutes away to Mira Mesa beach as it was the closest beach that was not contaminated and we were able to get in the water. If you just like to walk on the beach and enjoy the beautiful views this house is great, Also shout out to the host who was very responsive and accommodating.

I travel all year long. But this is the place where you want to make great memories. This is the closest to the ocean of any house beach. The view is breathtaking. I wish they had a monthly rental.

10/10 – Highly Recommended!The rooms were spotless and clean. The host was incredibly responsive and available on the phone whenever we needed assistance. We brought our Burna doodle, and he loved the place too! The beach view is absolutely breathtaking — it takes your breath away every single time you look out the window. While some of the furniture could use a bit of TLC, overall this is a wonderful place to stay. We’d definitely return!

The house was very clean and well kept. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. There were 8 of us and we all had a great time. Easy to find it. Instructions were excellent and easy to follow. Good location to do things in San Diego. We would use this location again.

An amazing stay at an even more amazing property. It felt like we were movie stars with the view we had! We stayed here for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and our parents joined us. Water was closed due to water quality but it was too cold to swim anyways. We were able to relax on the sand though and that was very fun. Super easy drive to the San Diego zoo. Took one star off of cleanliness due to some issues with some of the features of the home (stove and upstairs shower), but these were reported to the facilities team and I would imagine will be fixed quickly. Would 1000% stay here again and HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone.

Beautiful beach house. Beds all comfortable and living space set well for family interaction. Views are amazing especially from the roof deck. Areas to improve.*Cleanliness can be improved. Food dried on island faucet. Floors dirty, was able to borrow a mop from the owner. (It is in the closet under the stairs) Downstairs carpet very dirty. Both upper and lower deck had trash. Had to vacuum the couches and carpet due to having pet hair on them. Glad there are as a vacuum to use as well as the broom and dust pan. A small spray mop would be highly recommended. *Can be a bit more generous with paper supplies. Six rolls of toilet paper for the week with nine people seems cheap considering what we pay for the house. Also paper towels. A few more bath towels would also be nice.*Propane was an issue. One tank was empty and the other did not have enough to cook with. Sent a few requests for propane which was not replaced until Tuesday. I understand the holiday weekend so maybe it should have been replaced or checked prior to our check in. *Ants in the house on all levels. Food only kept in the kitchen in plastic containers but still had ants. There was a spray bottle in the closet but the nozzle did not work. Ended up pouring spray into the window tracks and on the ground outside the dining room window.*Would like to have one cupboard available to put food items in. Maybe move the glassware from next to the refrigerator to over the bar area. *Left faucet inMB needs a washer.

Spring Break 2025

Home, views and beach access were top notch. The pictures of this property online do not do it justice. It’s so much more impressive in person. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We will be staying here again!

Excellent Location

The view of the beach was EXCELLENT- we didn’t have to go anywhere during our stay. Away from the crowd but within walking distance to good restaurants. Highly recommend.

The view and beach access were amazing. We only wished for a bit more privacy from the neighbors, the soundproof glass that was used on the balcony would be ideal since there’s just a temporary fabric divider or if there was a noise curfew on the residences as several hours beyond midnight is obnoxious to everyone else.Being walking distance to restaurants and cafes was also a very awesome amenity along with the incredible rainfall shower( needs just a little TLC and CLR)and jetted tub were also incredible. Very refreshing and beautiful Oceanside view was so wonderful to see nightly

Relaxing stay

This house is located on the beach!! Every morning we were down walking the beach and collecting shells that washed up overnight. Very nice small town. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. House is spacious and very well layed out.

Imperial beach house

Trip was nice. The ocean was closed because of pollution from the Tijuana river. Which we found out happens a lot for Imperial Beach.

So we booked the place because it looks amazing, immediately upon arriving it became clear that the photos didn’t do anything close to justice for this property. Amazing home, amazing host, amazing location and the little town of IB is absolutely amazing. We will be back

Love the view!!

This was our second time here! We love the view of the ocean & having easy access to the beach! The neighbors are friendly. We could walk to numerous restaurants & ice cream shops. Enjoy walking the pier! Found lots of shells & sea glass on the beach! Hoping to go again next year!
