Old barn renovated on a 3 ha estate (away from the crowds)

Away from the summer crowds, calm and tranquility for your vacation.
Very close to the Arcachon basin, Cazaux lake and the Atlantic Ocean, you will ideally take advantage of the various beaches (of fine sand) in the region, as well as the many activities offered in the surrounding area.
Inside, the warm appearance of the woodwork, the functionality of the kitchen, the numerous amenities, the extent of the living areas will contribute to your comfort.
Outside, change of scenery guaranteed thanks to the view of the meadow and the proximity of the forest which allows us to rub shoulders with birds, squirrels and deer.
Last asset: the sheltered terrace under the barn awning with table, chairs, barbecue and ping-pong table.
Additional information: furnished tourist accommodation with the Clévacances label (2 keys).
Our rates are fixed in high and very high season; in medium and low season they are adapted to the number of occupants (from 3 to 7) and are given here for 3 people. Heating, end of stay cleaning, sheets, towels and breakfasts are optional

Gujan Mestras

Séjour au calme, face à une grande prairie où nous avons pu observer la faune locale avec ravissement. La ville, plages, commerces proches (10 à 20 mn, environ en voiture). Maison avec un extérieur agréable, l'intérieur est un tantinet vintage. Il a fait très chaud, et il a fallu notre connaissance de la gestion de la température des vieilles bâtisses pour avoir de la fraîcheur au rez de chaussée. Accueil très sympathique, eau, glaçons et une boîte de charcuterie nous attendaient !

Grange rénovée très accueillante.

Cette location loin de la foule, nous a ressourcés. Nous avions pour voisins les animaux de la forêt et nos propriétaires accueillants, présents mais très discrets. Seul bémol : les bouchons dus à des travaux que nous devions affronter pour faire nos courses. Merci Isabelle et Erick pour votre chaleureux accueil. Jocelyne et Jacques.

Un gite rustique bien aménagé. A la campagne loin de la foule et de l'agitation. Un peu surpris à l'arrivée mais passé quelques jours, nous avons trouvé le lieu très agréable. A proximité des centres d'intérêts. Vacances réussies (visites, baignades, gastronomie, commerces). A conseiller.

Nette Unterkunft im Grünen

Einfaches, aber schönes umgebautes Bauernhaus in den Schöne umgebaute Scheune zwischen Wiesen und Nutzwäldern. Grosser Überdachter Bereich zum Essen und Tischtennis spielen. Drinnen alles was man braucht, aber eher einfach. Kleiner Flughafen in der Nähe, entsprechend auch laut. Gut gelegen für die Düne von Pilat und den schönen Stränden und den See (dort allerdings sehr laut durch Militärdüsenjets), aber Achtung, viel Verkehr in und um Arcarchon.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Tout était parfait : la plage et les commerces. Maison spacieuse, pourvu d'une belle terrasse, parfaitement équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le confort, la propreté et un super accueil du propriétaire qui, à notre arrivée nous a bien tout expliqué . Bref nous conseillons d'y aller sans hésiter !!!!

Schöne große ,gut ausgestattete , ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben bei der sehr hilfsbereiten Familie Mauze einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub verbracht.. Das Gehöft ist recht ruhig gelegen , ab und an hört man tagsüber einmotorige Flugzeuge vom im Nachbarort gelegenen Kleinflughafen. Aber dass hat uns nicht gestört. Man muß natürlich wegen der ruhigen abgelegenen Lage alle Besorgungen und Aktivitäten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erledigen. Aber das schöne Ambiente , das Gelände und die Gegend, die große Wohnung mit reichlich Schlafplätzen und die schöne Lage gleicht das aus ! 5-10 min bis zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum , 10 bis 30 min je nach Verkehr zum See oder Meer / Dune de Pilat

Très bon séjour en pleine nature, repos, tranquillité !parfait pour des vacances en famille

Un gîte agréable avec des hôtes accueillants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre, entouré de forêt et donc la vue directe des chevreuils plusieurs fois par jour,juste en regardant par les fenêtres !super sympa. Gîte très bien situé pour visiter facilement le bassin d'arcachon sans avoir à faire trop de trajets en voiture..

My wife and I had a great time in the former horse barn: The open space, the quietness, the deers and rabits grasing nearby in the morning, breakfast and all meals outside under the roof ... Gite très agréable en pleine campagne.

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés le gite qui est situé loin des foules mais aussi à deux pas des atouts de la région, bassin d’Arcachon, dune du pila, lac du Sanguinet... Nous pouvions nous ressourcer à la vue des chevaux, profiter de la table de ping-pong, observer les biches au petit matin dans le grand espace du jardin. toutes les pièces sont grandes et permettent de vivre très agréablement a 7 personne et la terrasse abritée permet de profiter de l’extérieur en se protégeant de la pluie ou du soleil. Les propriétaires habitant sur place sont disponibles mais jamais envahissant.
