South facing villa central location and sea views
Central location with easy access to all of the areas amenities but quiet residential location not overlooked. and sea views. Two private terraces one with pool and both have bbq, external seating/dining areas and sun loungers great for families and couples wanting some sun bathing and dining privacy. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Small rear Spanish style courtyard with bistro table for Al fresco breakfast and lunches.
Pool and external areas available all year around, note pool is not heated.
Very bright, large villa recently fully refurbished with two double bedroom, (space for cot or small foldaway bed suitable for child) with two bathrooms, one ensuite and other full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower and large fitted wardrobes.
Large fully glazed living room, with open plan dining room and brand new fully equipped kitchen, all rooms on one level with car parking on the street or if a small car in the gated drive.
Private pool with outside shower and toilet, three external terraces with sitting and dining furniture, gas bbq and sun loungers. Private rear terrace with brick built bbq and seating areas with sun loungers. Full length conservatory with furniture including dining table and chairs. Free wifi and Sky Smart television . All rooms have air conditioning and fans with log burning fire and oil filled radiators for winter months. Close to beach, 3 mins walk and restaurants, bars etc.
Easy access with no steep walk!! Local bus stop at bottom of road Mojácar is split into two parts, Mojácar Playa, where the beaches are, and Mojácar Pueblo, the Old Town. A local bus runs between the two areas, and takes just 10 minutes to travel between them. At the bottom of the road is a supermarket and walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping centre. Beautiful sea and mountain views.. The Old Town is a must-see for lovers of history and culture — a labyrinth of cobbled streets and traditional whitewashed houses perched atop a hillside.
Visitors can browse the cafes, restaurants and boutiques selling local crafts including rugs, ceramics and jewellery, and explore the town’s many historical landmarks.
