The house was better than we expected. Plenty of room. Great location. We enjoyed riding the bikes. Wished there was somewhere to sit outside and drink our morning coffee. :)

We enjoyed our stay! The pools were amazing, we kayaked (included with the pass), did a lot of bike rides around the community. Plenty of room for 10 of us! Wonderful family trip!

My family and I love to stay at Bayside Resort. This was our third time visiting this property. The pools are second to none the tiki bar workers are always pleasant and the drinks “grapefruit crushes” are delish. Julie was easy to communicate with prior to our stay. I enjoyed the home but, it wasn’t as inclusive asI would have liked. We spent as much to rent this property with no bath towels, sheets, dish towels for its guests. It’s a lot to have to lug towels and bedding on vacation with an entire family and all of its needs.The bathroom on the left once up stairs the tub could been cleaner there was hair I the tub. The bed room aligned with the stairs had a mattress I could never let someone sleep on especially when they have to go in and make the beds only to see urine and whether else was on it just there exposed in plain view. I had to flip the mattress and sleep on the side that’s not meant for sleeping. I covered it with the mattress protector and put my sheets on it. We had to order pillows for this room as well as they weren’t too comfy, really flat. Overall we enjoyed the home it was perfect size for my family as far as number of beds snd bathrooms. The bikes were an added touch for my son and I took play around on.

Property is in decent condition. Property was very clean. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Will look to stay again. Hurricane Erin cause some weather issues. But we made the best of it.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house is perfect for an extended family gathering. It has an excellent floor plan, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of beach toys and bikes. The house is immaculate and the owner is very responsive and thoughtful.

Plenty of space for our family of 9. Bayside is lovely. The house was beautiful and clean. Loved that we could bike to The Point everyday. The kids loved kayaking and relaxing at the pool.

Great place to relax and enjoy with friends and family

The house was very comfortable and spacious and had enough space for us. Also the community is very good with pond in the backyard. Also the bikes and game room were great and we had really good time. Overall we had good time enjoying with our Friends and look at visiting again in future

Great family house

WE really enjoyed staying at Bayside . THe house was very clean and well maintained. The pond in back of the house was great for fishing. THe rooms were very spacious and nicely furnished. OUr family enjoyed the bikes provided. WE would definitely rent it again!

Sports Weekend

We had 3 families that were here for a lacrosse tournament. There was plenty of room. The property was nice and was clean. Had almost everything you would need. Would prefer not to have to bring linens and an outdoor area to hang out but other than that place was really nice.

Super nice well-kept little village. Pool was fabulous

Super fun awesome time with lots to do in the area. Rental was larger than it looked. My only complaint is that the 4th bedroom had 2 pull out couches but could not open both at same time as the room is not that big
