New country house overlooking a small village at the edge of the Dordogne

New and quiet house, in the middle of the Dordogne, Lot and Vézère valleys, which attracts many tourists. This house will be at your complete disposal since Michel and Michèle, who live in Le Roc village (5 min away), will leave it for your personal use. 2 terraces, 1 garden and 1 small wood will help you to relax after days devoted to tourism, local gastronomy and sports and cultural activities. Sightseeing: numerous castles in the Dordogne valley (Beynat, Fénelon, Castelnau, Les Milandes where Josephine Baker used to live and many others), the most beautiful villages in France (Carennac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocomadour, Loubressac, etc), the most amazing places (the "Vallée de l'Homme" and its prehistoric caves such as Lascaux and Les Eyzies), the Gouffre de Padirac... and the cities of Sarlat, Souillac and Brive which are very close. Activities include swimming, canoeing down the river, rambling, cycling, hang gliding, hot-air ballooning, village parties, etc.

Maison très bien située au calme au dessus de la vallée de la Dordogne. De la place, récente et bien équipée, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et le jardin à l'arrière. Très bon contact avec Michel le propriétaire réactif et sachant rester discret, sans oublier sa femme Michelle. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir bien sûr !

15 jours magnifique ou le confort de la maison se mélange en harmonie avec le paysage et ses alentours touristique charger d'histoire. Michel et Michelle vous reçoivent avec la plus grande des courtoisies et sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et très serviables. nous y reviendront très certainement pour d'autre vacances en famille.

Un excellent séjour !

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, maison spacieuse, propre, très lumineuse et fonctionnelle, au calme et à proximité de toutes commodités. Belles ballades à pied. Située non loin des sites touristiques (Rocamadour, Padirac....). Je recommande fortement cette location aux familles avec enfants, seniors, voulant visiter facilement les alentours.

Super Séjour en Périgord !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine en Périgord dans cette maison neuve idéale pour une famille avec enfants, petits ou grands. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : le coté "neuf", les p'tits déj le matin sur la terrasse, le barbecue le soir, la cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, le calme... juste perturbé du chant des cigales . A partir de ce pied à terre, il est aisé d'accéder à de nombreux sites en voiture : Rocamadour, Padirac, Marqueyssac, Eyrignac, Sarlat... ou autres activités plus proches à Souillac : baignade Dordogne, location canoë, marché... ce que nous avons fait. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. A proximité, le sympathique restaurant Chastrusse à Nadaillac De Rouge.
