Large fireplace for winter. Garden. Very nice terrace and large living room facing the sea and the sunset. 6 bedrooms with sea view. 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Wireless. Very quiet location on Jullouville beach
7 bedrooms including 4 bedrooms with 140 beds and three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds of 90. 3 and a half bathrooms. Large fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Golden Wedding in a golden setting

So often the brochure hides problems with the reality. In this case, the online descriptions were totally accurate. The house is set right on the beach with a quiet foot and cycle path between. The house is spacious and spotless. Everything worked and our family all agreed that it was perfect. Marie-Pascale was more than helpful in letting us have this property in a week when she and her family might normally have kept it for themselves. Her generosity made our Golden Wedding week memorable for everyone. Thank you so much!

location remarquable pour 10 personnes

Magnifique maison très bien située, face à la mer sur la promenade piétonne. Vue imprenable sur plage et mer pour les 6 chambres sur les 7 de la maison. Nous étions 10 personnes dont 7 adultes et chacun pouvait vivre à son rythme en respectant l'espace de chacun. Location bien équipée, y compris pour le divertissement : table de ping-pong fort appréciée par les 2 ados, jeux, chaîne HIFI + CD à disposition. Vraiment une location remarquable ! Merci aux propriétaires qui nous font entièrement confiance. Bravo !

qualité exceptionnelle de location familiale

cette maison est une merveille de location familiale. Jamais trouvé la perle rare jusqu'à celle-ci. Les propriétaires vous font une confiance totale laissant à votre dipsosition tout ce qui raviront vos enfants et petits enfants. Zéro défaut, rarissime..... Et une vue et des couchers de soleil à rester jusqu'au bout de la nuit sur la terrasse ou sur la jetée si vous avez beau temps comme nous. Et Jullouville est un petit bijou. Malgré saison estivale calme totale de la villa.

Séjour très agréable malgré une météo peu clémente.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille. La maison est accueillante avec sa grande pièce à vivre et surtout une vue incroyable sur la mer et sur Granville. La plage, peu fréquentée en cette saison, est accessible en ouvrant une barrière dans le petit jardin bien entretenu. Maison fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Stores bannes, literie confortable et cuisine très bien équipée. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour avec des enfants (chaises enfants, petite table pour du dessin, jeux de société, rollers, vélos, table de ping pong mais également DVD, BD et livres etc… A l’étage 2 baignoires et petite douche au RDC. Marie-Pascale est ultra réactive et très disponible. Nous recommandons vivement.

magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer. Vous pouvez admirer le coucher de soleil du séjour et la vue est juste magnifique. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût, elle est super lumineuse et la literie est bonne. Nous avons également trouvé à disposition des jeux, livres, pour notre fille. Marie-Pascale nous a transmis toutes les ballades, sorties à faire dans la région et nous nous sommes pas ennuyés, la région offre des activités variés (randos, ballades bord de mer, marchés, musées, mont saint-michel, restos, etc...) Wunderschöner Ort für Menschen, welche kühleres Klima, viel Platz und einsame Strände mögen

Viel Platz im und ums Haus. Ideal für Familien. Nahe beim Strand. Schöne Umgebung, interessante Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir würden sofort gerne wieder kommen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Wonderful Family Holiday Home

We felt so at home in this lovely family holiday home. It's really comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The beach is spectacular. We all enjoyed the views, walking, jogging and playing on the beach which is so clean and unspoilt. We hope to go again one day.

The pre holiday communication was excellent. The access and location details were easy. Kindly the owners had left the heating on to allow us to arrive at a warm house. The whole family had a great time exploring locally and a little further afield - on the advice of the owners. I would thoroughly recommend this house.

Fantastic location

A beautiful, private house with fantastic views and direct access to a beautiful beach. West facing so amazing sunsets. So many bedrooms so great for a large number of people. Four of the bedrooms have access to the front balcony. Lots of games, dvds, cds, books to keep you amused. Good wifi signal. Only 50 minute drive to Mont St Michel but you may just want to walk up and down the long beach. Owner speaks excellent English.

Super séjour à Kairon Plage

Maison très agréable ou nous avons l'impression d'avoir les pieds dans l'eau ou sur le sable quand la marée est basse. La vue est vraiment superbe. Lieu très agréable et calme. La maison est dans une ambiance familiale avec la discothèque des propriétaires laissée à disposition ainsi que beaucoup d'équipements notamment pour les enfants. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour. Le contact avec les propriétaires était très chaleureux.
