ci-après les points négatifs de cette location :- 5 chambres dont 3 sans porte , uniquement des rideaux pour 2 et 1 en mezzanine au-dessus de la salle de bain principale- matelas en très mauvais état- aucune isolation phonique car plancher bois , donc compliqué avec un bébé- pas de télé ( juste un écran d'ordinateur avec un lecteur DVD )- WIFI très faible ( pas de fibre) compliqué pour une des personnes qui était en télétravail , obligé de louer une chambre d'hôtel pour travailler la journée- jardin très peu entretenu : des orties bloquaient le passage à la terrasse , obliger de désherber par nous même- BBQ prêt à casser , entièrement rouilleren bref une jolie maison mais très mal entretenue et très chère par rapport à la prestation
Jolie maison, refaite par son propriétaire et dans un endroit calme et champêtre, proche des plages et du centre ville en qq petites minutes en voiture
La maison est très accueillante, familiale. Tout est très fonctionnel. Chacun trouve son espace indépendant et peut se retrouver ensuite autour de grandes tablées. Les grands arbres dehors permettent de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur même quand il fait chaud (car oui il peut faire chaud en Bretagne!)
De beaux espaces et un grand jardin au calme, bien situés pour explorer la presqu'île à pied ou en voiture (nécessaire, notamment pour les courses) ; très belle pièce à vivre au RDC ; chambre à part sous toit avec accès intérieur style échelle de meunier (qui stimulera votre sens de l'équilibre) et quatre en style 'open space' au premier, un choix architectural affiché qui conviendra plutôt à un séjour de type familial (ronfleurs s'abstenir...) ; nous y avons passé une semaine fort agréable et remercions notre hôte !
