Casita Tres is located in the area of the finca 'La Roca Blanca'. It is a detached house of 42 m2, traditional Spanish style and equipped for 4 people. In front of the cottage there is a private terrace from where you have an exceptional view of the valley. The cottage has all the necessary equipment. You also have at your disposal the communal swimming pool. There are four other houses scattered on the estate of the Roca Blanca finca. Each house is full of privacy, with its own terrace and beautiful views. The finca is in the heart of nature but only 1.5 kilometers from the lively village of El Perelló.

Ilse a été très arrangeante et accueillante à notre arrivée, nous faisant profiter de ses bonnes adresses et conseils. Le lieu et ses alentours sont conformes à la description et aux photos. Dommage cependant à la presence de fils à haute tension juste au-dessus du gîte, qui crepitent sans cesse. Ce point là etait gênant. Il ne faut pas non plus etre trop exigeant sur le confort du logement et sa propreté. Le tout meriterait un soin plus approfondi. Bon sejour malgré tout.

Site charmant

Site très charmant, petite maison entourée d'oliviers et d'amandiers, avec piscine collective très proche. Les chiens sont acceptés ce qui est très agréable. Le seul petit bémol est le chemin très près qui passe devant la maison, et les autres habitations sont après, donc passent devant pour rattraper la sortie. Il faudrait le préciser dans l'annonce.

Sur l'état du bien

La maison nécessite certains travaux : portes, fenêtre pièce principale, écoulement douche. Elle nous a convenu malgré tout, grâce surtout au cadre offert et à l'excellence de l'accueil de Lise et de son mari, qui a apporté quelques solutions dans l'urgence. Un gros orage, subi le 1er jour de la location, a inondé la maison. Des vérifications à faire, des mesures à prendre ?

Très bon séjour

Le gîte atypique est situé au milieu des oliviers, des amandiers... dans un environnement incomparable et très paisible, la piscine est à deux pas.. Les propriétaires des lieux sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. Le centre du village est tout proche en voiture (boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché) et compter une dizaine de minutes pour les plages dans de belles criques pas trop fréquentées en semaine.

Ruhe, Ruhe und nochmals Ruhe

Wir haben die 3 Wochen in el perello sehr genossen, weil wir gern in Ruhe ein Buch lesen. Die Vermieter sind stets super nett und stets hilfsbereit gewesen. Kompliment! In der Umgebung gab es eine Menge zu entdecken, wobei alles eher ruhig und wenig touristisch erschlossen ist. Die Strände waren trotz Hauptsaison angenehm leer. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr einfach gehalten. Das muß man mögen und sich darauf einlassen... Wir mochten es, und haben es genossen. :)

Superbe endroit, séjour excellent. La casita tres a répondu à nos attentes. Mark nous a réservé un très bon accueil. L'huile d'olive est excellente aussi. Proche de la mer et au calme en pleine nature.

A milieu des oliviers

L'accueil a été sympathique. La maison est très bien surtout quand on a des chiens. L'ameublement est de bon goût, confortable et sobre. Si vous avez envie d'être au calme loin des stations touristiques faites comme nous, allez à El Perello. Nous avons même découvert une crique à côté d'El Perello, peu fréquentée mais nous étions en mai. Le séjour a été une réussite.
