Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l’appartement de Guillemette.
Il est spacieux et son emplacement-à la fois près de Juan les Pins et d’Antibes est appréciable . Sa vue sur Antibes , la baie de Nice et celle de Golf Juan est superbe.
Il est situé dans une résidence calme au parc merveilleusement bien entretenu comptant 2 piscines - dont une de 25m , 2 terrains de tennis et des tables de Ping Pong .

Lejlighed med 3 fantastiske altaner og ikke mindst den aflukkede glasstue på 11. sal. Køkkenet er virkelig godt udrustet, der er alt hvad man skal bruge. Dog skal siges at der er mange møbler i lejligheden, de fleste af ældre dato og meget slidt/brugt.
Das war eine Erfahrung, die ich niemandem wünsche...
Die Wohnung ist in einem Zustand, der nicht akzeptabel ist. Die Bäder sind uralt, kein Email mehr in der Wanne, so dass es gar nicht mehr anständig geputzt und gepflegt werden kann...der Toilettensitz ist so alt und verschlissen, dass man ihn gar nicht anfassen will...
Die Küche ist ebenfalls alt und mit den billigsten Möbeln und Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, die teilweise gar nicht funktionieren - oder nicht vorhanden sind ! Das Besteck ist billiges Camping-Blechbesteck, die Töpfe und Pfannen so alt, dass man sie gar nicht benutzen möchte !
Das Mobiliar ist teilweise antik - aber auch einfach alt und verschlissen, auf den Stühlen muss man aufpassen, dass sie nicht auseinander fallen...! Die Sitzkissen sind abgewetzt und verschlissen...
Die Balkontür lässt sich nicht mehr verschließen...
Die Besitzerin hat auf fast allen Möbeln Plastikfolie ausgelegt, damit diese nicht zerkratzt werden.... sehr ansprechend !
Leider waren wir darauf angewiesen, in dieser Wohnung länger zu bleiben, sonst hätten wir sie sofort wieder verlassen !
Die Krönung des Ganzen ist jedoch die mehr als 5-Seitige, eng beschriebene Inventarliste, die bei Ankunft und Abreise zu kontrollieren ist - planen Sie dafür mindestens 1.5 Stunden ein, denn alle Blechgabeln und Billiggläser sind abgezählt ! - und wehe es fehlt etwas, dann zieht Ihnen die Besitzerin den mindestens 3-fachen Wert des vermeintlich fehlenden Gegenstandes nachträglich von Ihrer Kreditkarte ab !
UNGLAUBLICH !!!
So etwas habe ich in den letzten 40 Jahren meiner Urlaube nicht erlebt !

Dr. Mira had just left a prior apartment in disgust because it was dirty and begged for coming in the day she wrote or at least the next day. My local manager did not reply to my calls so I contacted my friend in Toulon (3 hrs R/T) to come and settle them and their large dog in. Right away she complained as my friend forgot to leave the garage keys but there is lots of parking in the nearest street. She signed the inventory in and, when she left, we were missing the white double wall auto shut-off tilt up lid pitcher electric kettle for which I charged 35 Euros to replace. My local manager had done the prior inventory and it was there when they arrived. She just rented an apartment monthly locally. When I mentioned the missing item, she became extremely aggressive and started complaining about everything in the place being old and dirty. The apartment in not new but there is a new Samsung refrigerator, 2 yo Continental Edison dishwasher, 2 yo oven, recent Samsung microwave. The toilet seat is a year old, the dishes and glasses are from last summer... Although new from last spring, I agree the shower curtain liner needs changing. The furnishings are a blend of antique and new (dining & cocktail tables, 2 sofas, TV)... The new sofas were covered with dog hair and it took my cleaning lady 7 hours to clean after them. Dr. Mira locked herself out of the apartment with the keys in, wrote me and I responded about 4 hrs later and she complained extensively about the lack of safety of the apartment after a locksmith let her in. The residence requires a badge to get in, so does the building and my entry door is metal with a security lock. The terrace is not accessible to the public but only to maintenance personnel with a special key. Had I known Dr. Mira before booking, I would have avoided the major headache!

Exquisite penthouse view
Sweet owner and nice people checking us in - beautiful garden surroundings and big wonderful apartment with roof terrace - where you had the best view to the Cannes and Nice side. Plenty of space for a family, and good interior plan. We spent a lot of time in the pool and only walked less than 10 mins to reach the Juan-Les-Pin beach.
We loved it and regretted not bringing our tennis rackets as there are 2 tennis courts!!
Note for the families with children - no toys allowed in the pool.
