Great stay in Alpe d'Huez

We spent 5 days in this appartment to participate in the Marmotte Granfondo. The location is great and the appartment itself was clean and has all the facilities you need.

Great Apartment, in a great location, an amazing views.

Apartment was clean, had everything you needed. Great location, 2 mins to the Grand Sure lift and 5 mins the the shops. Bath was small and shower was set low so bit awkward having a shower one handed! But not really a problem for a week. Views were amazing from the balcony and would definitely here stay again.

een keurig net appartement met super mooie ligging bovenop de Alpe dHuez. We hebben er echt genoten. De communicatie met Olivier was zeer goed geregeld.Alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin en het centrum is allemaal te belopen.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit appartement. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met Olivier verliep soepel. Prachtig uitzicht en, voor de liefhebbers, direct aan de route van de Alpe d‘Hu(z)es. We komen er graag terug.

Prima locatie

We kwamen naar deze locatie voor de Alpe D'Huzes en we bleken aan het parcours te verblijven. Er was een verbouwing tijdens ons verblijf en daar wisten we niets van maar we hebben er ook eigenlijk geen last van gehad. De lift deed het de eerste drie dagen niet maar daarna gelukkig weer wel. Het was fris voor de tijd van het jaar en de verwarming stond uit (logisch in de zomer). Maar Olivier heeft ons prima geholpen door elektrische kacheltjes te brengen. Hij had de eerste twee dagen regelmatig contact met ons om te checken of alles in orde was. Het is een prima appartement, schoon met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

Slechte communicatie met VRBO

De woning was redelijk netjes,maar bij het inchecken ging alles mis. De eigenaar was niet op de hoogte dat wij zouden komen ,terwijl ik van Vrbo 'n e-mail had gehad met instructies voor de overhandiging van de sleutel. Na telefonisch contact met de eigenaar rechtstreeks heeft deze er alles aangedaan om ons te helpen. De boeking was volgens hem nooit bevestigd en ook had hij nog geen geld ontvangen. NOOIT meer boeken via VRBO

Cher Ben, je m'excuse de nouveau pour ce désagrément. C'est la première fois que je rencontre ce genre de problème avec VRBO. Je n'ai pas reçu de mail avant ton arrivée et je n'ai eu l'argent que le mardi 31 mai après ton arrivée. C'est aussi de ma faute car j'aurais du vérifier nos échanges de mails. Heureusement Ben a pu récupérer les clefs à son arrivée à l'agence immobilière même si je n'étais pas à l'Alpe d'Huez.

L'appartement est très bien situé et parfait pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Je n'avais pas noté dans l'annonce que la chambre est ouverte sur le salon, mais sinon, nous sommes satisfaits du choix de ce logement.
