About this property

Our apartment is newly built. It is conveniently situated close to the beach (50 mts.), but away from the noise, in a very quiet area.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the upper floor there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for the care and entertainment of children: cot, toys.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle.
It has air conditioning (hot and cold) as well as wifi Internet connection.
We have an indoor private parking space and bicycles.

schöne Ferienwoche in Colonia Sant Jordi

Die Wohnung ist genau so gewesen, wie beschrieben! Sie war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern dort und haben uns die Woche über sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Hafen mit der Promenade und vielen kleinen Cafés und Restaurants sind es nur wenige Minuten. Colonia Sant Jordi ist ein toller Ausgangsort um den Südosten der Insel zu erkunden.
