Through the garden, you will enter a large living room of 35 m2 opening onto a very well equipped American kitchen with a central island that will bring you conviviality and well-being. Excellent location and hosts

Alain and Martine were very welcoming hosts and we had a great stay. The location is very close to the beach and town. Very good restaurants, shops and bakeries all within meters of the house. Biarritz is an amazing location and one of the best places we have ever visited.

Super location and great atmosphere

We had a super stay in this lovely house. We stayed for a week with our family of 5 (including three 18 plus children). We didn't need a car as we could walk everything (nice restaurants and shops around the corner and beach at the end of the street).The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We did a lot of fun cooking. The outdoor shower was great. The only minus was the shower in the master bedroom (there was hardly any water coming out of the shower) but with the outdoor shower we didn't really miss it.

Underbart boende i centrala Biarritz

Detta är ett magnifikt boende i centrala Biarritz, på nära promenadavstånd till strand, bageri, shoppingstråk, saluhall, restauranter och bussanslutningar till och från flygplatsen. I bottenvåningen finns tre sovrum med egen dusch och handfat, på övervåningen ett sovrum med anslutande badrum + ett stort och bekvämt vardagsrum/matsal samt ett rymligt och synnerligen välutrustat kök. Från köket får man tillgång till en rymlig, stilla, solig och insynsskyddad träterrass med matplats, utedusch och hängmattor. Ett paradis! Vi bodde sex vuxna (två föräldrar och fyra vuxna barn) i huset under en vecka och trivdes enormt väl. Boendets värdinna/concierge var älskvärt välkomnande och tillmötesgående, samt lätt att kommunicera med (också på engelska). Hon vinnlade sig verkligen om att vår vistelse skulle bli den bästa tänkbara. Och det blev den! Vi saknade ingenting dessa dagar och kommer att leva länge på minnet av denna underbara vistelse.

Idéalement placé

Magnifique séjour en famille dans cette location sur deux niveaux : le rez de jardin et l'entresol. De la place pour tout le monde pour de longues soirees très sympathiques sur la grande terrasse à l'arrière de la maison, ou pour cuisiner tous ensemble dans la grande cuisine surrequipée (le propriétaire nous laisse tout le matériel). Les deux dernières étages de la maison sont occupés par d'autres locataires, mais la cohabitation est très facile. Le top: l'emplacement ! A deux pas du marché et des rues piétonnes, de la côte des basques pour surfer ou du port-vieux pour se baigner, chacun est autonome et la maison est le parfait point de ralliement. Un frand merci à Françoise, qui s'est occupée de nous, pour sa flexibilité et son grand sens du service. On reviendra !

Excellent séjour

L'emplacement est ideal pour profiter des plages et du centre ville . Les deplacements se font à pied. La villa est parfaite pour sejourner en famille et l'accueil est excellent.

Lovely house in a perfect location

The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within 1 minute and a short walk to several beaches. The house is very spacious and served us very well as a large family group, in particular the large well equipped kitchen. The garden is a very nice outdoor space great for communal dining. We enjoyed the outdoor shower! If you visit in hot weather like we did I would recommend taking some plug in mosquito repellant.

Un très grand merci à Alain pour la qualité de son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa prévenance. La maison est superbe, confortable et particulièrement bien aménagée et équipée. Elle est située à proximité de la côte des basques, et de tous les lieux animés de Biarritz tout en étant au calme. Elle possède un garage ce qui est un luxe dans ce quartier de Biarritz. Une maison de famille au centre de Biarritz

Super bien situé à Biarritz, avec accès direct à la cote des basques (surf), les restos, marché et commerces. Une terrasse très sympa et douche extérieure. Une petite remarque sur les chambres en bas, elle étaient assez humide, je suppose à cause du temps puisque nous avons eu quelques jours de pluie. Merci Alain nous avons passé de belles vacances.

Excellent house close to the sea and center of the village

The location in the village I perfect, near the sea and the centre of village. At the same time a very calm and peaceful house. We were a family of 5 persons and the house suits for spending the evenings in the kitchen making dinner as well as leaving the house for the restaurants! Nice seating areas.

Une maison de famille en plein centre de Biarritz

Absolument charmante, cette maison a tout pour plaire. Accueillante, confortable et centrale. Une cuisine conviviale dans laquelle il fait bon partager. De good vibes assurément et tout ce dont on a besoin est prévu (linge de maison, lessive et produits divers, jeux, musique....). Aïnhoa qui nous acceuille, propose de faire la cuisine, et ses chipirons à l'encre noire, fait devant nous dans la cuisine, sont absolument délicieux.

Great house in Biarritz

The location of the house is outstanding. Having a garage made it so much easier than having to look for parking. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, we cooked several meals at the house. We were here with our adult children and their wives and having two floors worked out great for privacy.

Emplacement idéal et maison tres agréable. Merci à Alain pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Impossible d'être mieux situé à Biarritz, avec accès direct à la cote des basques mais tout proche également du centre, marché et commerces. La maison dispose d'un garage ce qui est non négligeable car tres difficile de se garer dans cette ville. Grande terrasse avec plancha et douche extérieure. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Maison et localisation idéales

Pour 2 familles, ou moins... ca vient de se terminer et c'était la 3eme année consecutive. Toujours le même plaisir et toujours le même propriétaire avenant. Maison calme, et pourtant à qqles minutes à pied des plages et des restaurants et cœur de la ville. Bien équipée, et plaisante à vivre. Je, nous recommendons. Vraiment.
