Een zeer luxe gevoel van vakantie en rust deze woning. Rustig gelegen, maar zeer centraal. Fijn!!

Heel fijn en luxe huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs een badkamer bij het zwembad. De buitenkeuken is een echte plus, fijn buiten zitten terwijl de kinderen in het zwembad springen, muziek via het sonos systeem uit de speakers. Wij hebben vreselijk genoten en komen hier zeker weer terug. De bedden zijn heel fijn en wat er niet bij vermeld staat is dat er een wasmachine is die gebruikt kan worden. Heel praktisch.

We had a great and lovely stay at Chema’s. The house is perfectly located halfway from Sant Antoni and Eivissa, a quick drive from Amnesia and Privilege. The Pool and the outside amenities really made our vacation a pure Dream with no neighbours around. I would highly recommend this house for any one : travelers, clubbeurs, couples, families. It has everything for everyone. It would only need a strong bed and mattress refurbishment ;)) Hope we can stay at Chema’s again next year in 2019! Thanks for everything. :)

A delightful villa, perfect for our family holiday

The outdoor space was superb, the pool is lovely. Lots of space indoors and the air conditioning in the bedroom made it extremely comfortable. It was clean and well maintained throughout. I would certainly recommend this to friends. Chema the owner came out at late at night to let us in and he was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Héérlijk vakantiehuis met fijn overdekt terras, airco in de kamers, goede badkamers en keuken. Práchtig zwembad (iets gezout water) en vrij uitzicht over het zwembad op terrein erachter. Fantastisch huis om te verblijven.

Fantastisch!

Fantastische woning centraal gelegen op het eiland. Vliegveld, Eivissa en San Antoni allemaal op 10 minuten rijden. De privacy op en van de woning zijn heerlijk (bijvoorbeeld met kinderen of als je een feestje wilt bouwen). Je kunt compleet je eigen gang gaan. Zeker een aanrader en we komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

In het hart van Ibiza

Dit was alweer ons 5e verblijf in Chema's huis, wat we hebben zien ontwikkelen tot wat het nu geworden is; een prachtig huis op een heel groot terrein, van alle gemakken voorzien en bovenal op een erg mooie en rustige centrale locatie. Het enige minpuntje wat ik in andere beoordelingen heb gelezen, dat het ligt aan een doorgaande weg, valt volgens ons ook wel mee. De weg tussen Sant Rafel en Santa Agnes is niet erg druk, zeker niet 's avonds, en Chema heeft dit "probleem" mooi opgelost met een automatische poort, waardoor er nog meer rust en privacy is ontstaan. Echt een aanrader, en we zijn nu al benieuwd wat er in 2018 weer aan luxe is bijgekomen.

Prachtige accomodatie

Een erg mooi rustiek ogend huis wat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Huis is rustig gelegen maar op korte afstand van Ibiza stad en Sant Antoni. Huurauto is aan te bevelen. Erg goed contact met de eigenaar. Alles in topconditie. Met 8 personen hebben wij een prachtige tijd gehad.

Fantastic villa, and views .

We had a fantastic holiday, the villa was very clean, we would have liked the pool to be cleaned every other day, and a larger dustbin.The owner was brilliant very good customer service he could not do enough for us :)) The location was spot on, and the layout of the villa is better than the picture :)) we would definaltley recommend this villa to our friends and family. We had taxis to San Antonio but it did not cost much between us all. We will definaltley be going back to this villa in 2018 can't wait . Thankyou Chema for a memorable holiday xxxxx

Beleef dit centraal gelegen mooi gerenoveerde huis

Vanuit de rust van dit mooie gerenoveerde huis met authentieke details kun je makkelijk het hele eiland verkennen. Als je je tenminste los kunt maken van de heerlijke nieuw aangelegde tuin met groot terras en ruim zwembad en het weidse uitzicht. Vooral bij zonsopkomst of zonsondergang prachtige kleuren. Het oude stenen dierenverblijf met haan, kippen en duiven, de fruit- en olijfbomen, bloemen.. Dat alles maakt het verblijf een bijzondere beleving. Voor de jeugd: goede wifi : ) De eigenaar is gastvrij en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Schöne Finca im ländlichen Bereich Ibizas

Wir waren vor kurzem für 2 Wochen in der Finca. Das Haus war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Beide Badezimmer als auch alle anderen Räume wurden vor kurzem renoviert. Der Pool und der Poolbereich wurden Anfang Juni fertiggestellt. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, die Verkehrsbelästigung nachts hält sich in Grenzen. Also uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden nochmal hinfahren. Vor allem auch ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter.

Gran casa de campo entre árboles frutales

Fuimos a pasar 9 días en Ibiza y buscamos algo muy tranquilo, fuera de la masificación. Encontramos esta gran joya para alquilar y no nos lo pensamos. Es una casa de gran capacidad, con baños, cocina y otros elementos completamente nuevos. Dispone de 6 habitaciones, salón comedor, 2 baños y una extensión de tierras alrededor. Consta de una gran piscina, barbacoa, parking privada, cuna, internet, television. En definitiva, es una casa totalmente equipada en la que no echarás de menos nada. A destacar el trato de los propietaros, que siempre están atentos a cualquier cosa que necesites, dando un trato absolutamente familiar. Si buscas una estancia en ibiza rodeada de árboles y naturaleza, esta casa es 100% recomendable.

"Lugar tranquilo y muy accesible a pocos min. Tienes todo lo necesario supermercado,restaurantes,gasolinera... Muy comodo y y acogedor ideal para familias. Gran terraza con arboles frutales para sentir toda la naturaleza de ibiza muy recomendable!!"

Rustic house inherited from parent to child. The house is very spacious and located in the center of the island so it is easy to get anywhere quickly. In 2015 we will build a new pool of 10m x 4m.
