You're just minutes from Decatur Square, one of the most vibrant restaurant/bar districts in the city, and a short distance from Atlanta's main highways.

The house is just 20 minutes from Atlanta Airport, with excellent freeway access to all Atlanta's places of interest. Travel by:
- Uber - cheaper and faster than a taxi. Get the free mobile app and organize everything online; no cash changes hands
- Marta - a transit service that's great for tourists. Announces tourist information at the stops and there's local artwork to admire at the stations

- Shops are within easy walking distance

Welcome to your home away from home! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we've compiled a list of important details for your reference:

INCLUDED AMENITIES:
➜Soft and cozy bedding for the maximum number of guests
➜Basic toiletries, including toilet paper and paper towels
➜A fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, coffee maker, and utensils
➜Access to an iron and ironing board for your convenience

BEFORE BOOKING:
➜Please make sure your profile is up-to-date and complete
➜All guests must be at least 21 years old

PET POLICY:
➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding
➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets

EXTRA GUESTS:
➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest
In compliance with Party Ban, no more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time

VISITORS:
➜Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest

CLEANING:
➜Our team of cleaners strives to provide a clean and sanitized home for your arrival
➜If there are any items in need of attention, we are more than happy to fix them for you

PEST CONTROL:

**PLEASE NOTE**
There are 2 separate studio units on the same premises that may be rented out while you are renting out the main house. The basement will NOT be accessible to the guests as well.
