Spectacular lakeview Annecy

Superb location, spacious, nice pool & patio. The inside might need some renovation (stairs carpet, cooling front bedrooms) but overall OK. Some lack of dining equipment; if rented for 10 pers you might expect at least 10 soup cups, wine glasses, ...... Overall we had an pleasant stay.

Merci à Robby pour ses commentaires et suggestions. Heureux qu’il ait passé un excellent séjour et qu’il ait apprécié la maison et sa piscine. Nous tiendrons compte de ses suggestions. Des verres ont été ajoutés. Des nouveaux lits, plus luxueux, ont été installés. Le tapis de l’escalier sera changé d’ici quelques semaines. Il sera toujours le bienvenu Pascal

bonjour, cadre très agréable commerce accessible a pied , a 40 minutes d Annecy en vélo plage a 20 minutes a pied malheureusement trois maisons en construction entre 10 et 30 m de distance bruit a partir de 7h du matin tronçonneuse découpeuse pose de carrelage en extérieur aménagement extérieur etc. pour se qui recherche du calme s abstenir ( le temps de ses travaux )

Cela fait 20 ans que nous louons la maison et c’est la 1ère fois que nous recevons un avis négatif. Il faut bien une première…Nous sommes désolés qu’il y ait eu ponctuellement des constructions à proximité, ce que nous ignorions au moment de louer, et nous présentons à Pascal nos excuses. On s’étonne par contre de ne pas avoir de commentaires positifs sur le panorama et encore plus qu’il faille 50 minutes en vélo pour aller dans le centre d’Annecy… distant d’exactement 3 kms😋

Deze woning heeft unieke ligging, het zicht is adembenemend! Voorzien van alles wat nodig is voor verblijf met 7 personen. ook parking voor de deur en zwembad werden geapprecieerd. Immo verantwoordelijke ter plaatse liet wel wat steekjes vallen (vergeten vooraf te contacteren, bij aankomst konden we ook niet binnen). Al bij al zeker aangenaam verblijf dat aan te raden valt.

Point de vue sur un panorama exceptionnel

Cette maison très agréable et très fonctionnelle nous a offert un séjour très apaisant, avec une vue fantastique du lac d'Annecy et face au superbes montagnes et villages environnants. En admiration des variations de couleurs du lac au fil de la journée, que ce soit au bord de la piscine ou à l'intérieur de la maison entièrement vitrée, on ne peut qu'apprécier ces délicieux moments ... Super house - ideal for our family group of 10!

Wonderful property for our family group of 10. A great base for our active week around Lake Annecy - we had no need for a car - used taxi transfers (Geneva Shuttle were reliable and efficient) and used the local bus, bikes (some provided with the property which was brilliant) and walked! Everything we needed, plenty of space and comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic, clean, warm and and very popular with the children.

Stunning views from a lovely house. Very enjoyable holiday.

The pictures on your website are completely accurate. The owner, Pascal, was very helpful and replied promptly to our pre holiday queries. His concierge, Virginie, who met us on arrival as arranged was equally helpful. The ever changing views from this property were stunning. We made good use of the swimming pool, gas BBQ, and table tennis. We enjoyed the area very much and if we ever go back there I would happily stay in this villa again. Elizabeth

Stunning views from just about everywhere

Excellent property in an excellent location. Everything a family of 9 over 3 generations needed for a fab holiday. The concierge service was excellent too, my on-line supermarket order was collected, delivered to the villa and all put away so that when we arrived drinks were in the fridge and chilled and bakery order on the terrace table every morning when we woke up. Highly recommend this property and the concierge services.
