There are a lot of cute apartments in Annecy and this is one of them. It is clean, bright, modern and comfortable. Corinne and Manuella are helpful, pleasant and accommodating as well. What is exceptional is the apartment's location. Distances are shorter than we expected and this rental is within a few steps of everything yet is still quiet at night. There is a convenient underground parking garage one block away. A Monoprix is nearby in addition to a Franprix around the corner and a Casino mini-mart practically downstairs. Banks and ATMs are everywhere. The local market takes place within a few hundred yards. You have a choice of boulangeries. The train station is within a couple of blocks. Excellent restaurants abound and be sure to try the traitor Pauvert for upscale dinner and wine takeout. I could go on all day but will simply say it is probably the best-located apartment we have rented and I would recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately the apt doesn't function as well as it looks. We could only get one outlet in the kitchen to work. The sink is tiny and shallow so water splashes everywhere. The silverware drawer is on the outside of the kitchen. The bedroom upstairs has angled walls and a beam preventing you from entering the bed from either side. So you have to crawl up the mattress from the bottom. There is no space to dress or undress in this tiny bedroom. The only closet is in the entry so that is where we had to dress and undress. Corrine (owner) made us feel like we were entering a museum and we were not up to her standards. She spoke a little english but mostly rude comments like, "This is the dining room table where you will eat-don't remove the table cloth or you'll scratch my table". Then pointing at the sofa with a blanket covering it ..."this is to stay here to protect the sofa". We are not slobs. We know a dining table is where to eat. We aren't wild animals so we wouldn't damage her sofa by sitting on it. Then to top it all off she insisted on collecting 30E for a linen fee. Even after I texted her previously that her VRBO listing states linens were included. So for 30E we were able to use two scratchy bath towels, one hand towel and two bedsheets. No wash cloths and an old used sponge in the kitchen sink. The location was fine, a bit loud with traffic and city noise, not right in the old town but on the edge of it.

Ces vacanciers sont arrivés extrêmement tendus et même quelque peu belliqueux Leur commentaire est à cette image Heureusement que d’autres vacanciers sont beaucoup plus objectifs Je ne rentrerai pas dans le jeu de la calomnie en reprenant les différents points Les photos prises sont très représentatives certains disent même que l’appartement est encore mieux en vrai. Ces vacanciers n’ont pas pris le temps de lire ce qui était fourni et dans quelles conditions je suppose qu’ils n’ont pas pris le temps nécessaire pour regarder les photos et la situation exacte de l’appartement Concernant l’accueil ils ont été reçus comme tous les vacanciers et la plupart en sont ravis

Je suis ravi de partager mon expérience concernant la location de cet appartement de charme dans le centre historique d'Annecy. L'appartement était idéalement situé, permettant un accès facile aux magnifiques rues pavées et aux points d'intérêt de la ville. Ce qui a rendu le séjour d'autant plus agréable, c'était l'accueil chaleureux et disponibilité de la propriétaire. Elle a veillé à ce que nous nous sentions chez nous dès notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cette location à quiconque cherche un endroit confortable et bien situé pour explorer Annecy.

Etonnée par votre remarque, mais non surprise....depuis votre arrivée vous sembliez sur la défensive. J'ai apprécié la zénitude de Monsieur qui lui semblait conquis par l'appartement. Oui, effectivement lorsque l'on réserve un logement, il est nécessaire de s'informer, les photos sont là pour refléter la stricte réalité et vous aider dans votre choix. Vous avez choisi cet appartement pour son coté atypique, l'escalier en fait partie. Dommage alors de me faire cette remarque Vous oublié de préciser que j'ai été très arrangeante et que vous avez pu rester dans l'appartement jusqu'au départ de votre train.... même pas un retour positif de votre part lorsque j'ai accepté votre demande, c'est dommage !!

Location idéalement située. Tout est proche : la gare, les commerces, la vieille ville, le lac et les bus si on veut s'éloigner. Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est idéal pour au centre de tout. Seul hic : beaucoup beaucoup de mouches à l’intérieur de l’appartement venant d’un endroit inconnu alors que toutes les fenêtres étaient fermées.

Nette Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Annecy, in direkter Nähe des Bahnhofs, und man erreicht quasi alles schnell und direkt zu Fuß. Wir haben das Auto auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz am Stadtrand geparkt, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche ein wenig pragmatisch, aber ok. Große Kochaktionen machen eher weniger Spaß, aber wir haben ohnehin hauptsächlich die vielen Restaurants drumherum genutzt. Das Bett auf der Empore ist sehr bequem, allerdings wird es dort oben bei Sommertemperaturen schnell stickig. Dann hilft aber der Ventilator. Wer wie wir gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, muss lärmresistent sein, bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Großteil der Stadtgeräusche draußen. Das Schlafsofa quietscht reichlich, ist aber ansonsten eine gute Ergänzung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche, die Stadt ist wunderschön und die Umgebung erst recht.
