NEWLY RENOVATED!

Named Casa Solana for its bright yellow exterior, this contemporary gulf front beach home is located in a cul-de-sac providing privacy and solitude for the perfect family vacation.

Stairs from the open carport lead up to the front entrance and into the home’s bright, open concept floor plan. The living room has beautiful couches for lots of seating. The kitchen is large with ample work space and breakfast bar, has a Keurig and a regular Mr. Coffee Maker. The dining table is situated in front of Gulf side picture windows for breath taking views during family meals. Doors from the living area lead to a spacious deck with unique arbor for shaded outdoor dining. The rest of the deck area has plenty of sunshine and stairs leading straight to the sand.

A hallway to the left of the front entrance leads to two bedrooms and the laundry room. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and a private bath. Bedroom 2 is waterfront with king bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and is a large master suite with double doors opening to a private Gulf side balcony. This bedroom has a king bed as well as a twin daybed with twin trundle. The huge master bath has a double vanity, garden tub, separate toilet with bidet, over-sized double head glassed in shower and a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are also located upstairs. Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds that are Twin over Fulls and a large closet and private bath. Bedroom 5 is waterfront, has a king bed and convertible twin to queen pullout in addition to a private bath.

This home is the classic beach house offering everyone a perfect spot for rest and relaxation. Recent upgrades include a 60" flat screen television in the living area and the owners have replaced all carpet with beautiful tile.

Every view in the house is gorgeous, and you are steps from the ocean. The home has everything and more to help you feel at home- the kitchen was the most well-stocked I’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. The owners generously left plenty of beach chairs and toys which we throughly enjoyed as well. We plan to book this home again!

This home was perfect for our family. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The location for us was for what we wanted quiet, basically a private beach. Enough space to gathering together for meals and hanging out.

It seems as though every year we have rented a different house or condo. I think this year we struck gold! This was an incredible property. The main living area and kitchen area, immaculate the bedrooms suite our needs perfectly the bathrooms could be a little bit updated but we’re perfectly Suitable for our needs. The views from the beach deck, immaculate! This is probably one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in!

Great piece of Beach

Nice house with great AC and well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable each with own bathroom. The only slight downer is that this house seems to be the nearby neighbor renters go to for others to access the beach. Nearby renters even knocked on our door to ask if they could walk under the house to bring their beach stuff. We rented this house for privacy but others can't help but notice the beautiful view from the street and sure do walk thru. Did not bother us much or prevent a great beach trip. Highly comfortable house!!!!

Only issue about renting down there is very late check in makes it hard to plan that day with small kids.

Everyone appreciated their own bath and found the sleeping experience quiet and private. Access the the water was immediate and all enjoyed strolling the sunny days. My biggest criticism was an oven which ran about 30-40 degrees cool and impacted everything I cooked. Disappointing doesn’t measure my complete frustration, it being Thanksgiving week.

The only disappointment was the coffee pot didn't work (wrong size pot) and the refrigerator leaked water all over our food. The kitchen was missing some basic things like large mixing bowls, ample kitchen towels and oven mitts. The grill is very old and small for a house this size. The dryer took two cycles to dry. The bedrooms were perfect and the house was very clean and roomy. Overall we had a great time and would return.

There are a few changes that would make the house more functional for large families. First in a house that sleeps 20, having only one refrigerator is not enough to store food for that many people. Love that each bedroom had is own bathroom but hated there was no half bath on the main floor. We had family members staying in nearby homes that came daily for the beach and the bathroom issue was an inconvenience that the two bedrooms with bathrooms were constantly in use by our guest.

The plumbing definitely was not updated. We had issues with two toilets, dripping sinks & terrible water pressure. Master bedroom had blind issues...some were missing and others did not work. There were roaches in the kitchen and not sure where else that we did not see. This property is not work the price and we have stayed at many properties in Pensacola Beach.

I had a small wedding on the beach and reception under the carport and everything was so nice. the house exceeded our expectations. communication with front desk was great and they even messaged me and allowed me to check in early as well as gave me a cute little wedding gift. the area around the beach home in April was nice and overall pretty quiet (so perfect for a beach ceremony). the neighbors on the right side were so sweet as well. overall I plan on coming back for another vacation here. The only thing I would have negative to say is the address of the property doesn't match up with what the street signs and GPS shows- not a big deal just be mindful.

Relaxing Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very relaxing stay at Casa Solana. It was a great location. Close to everything and yet quiet. The home was clean and well-accomodated for our family of 10 adults and 7 kids. The rental company was very friendly and easy to work with. We experienced two issues while staying here. First, was that the upstairs A/C unit was not cooling. Luckily, we were visiting at Christmas and didn't need much relief. Second, was very poor internet access. While some families may not need/ want internet access, too much of what we do relies on internet access and it was a real issue with our family. One family needed wifi to use their baby monitor and the signal was not strong enough. Overall, I would certainly recommend this property.
