Gute Lage, aber RenovationsbedĂŒrftig

Die Lage ist gut, direkt beim Golfplatz. Vermieter und Agentur freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Wohnungen sanierungsbedĂŒrftig, man merkt ihnen das Alter an. Es hat an diversen Stellen Schimmel, einige GerĂ€te sind in einem schlechten Zustand.

Superbe appartement. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon moment en famille, trÚs ressourçant au milieu de ce trÚs beau golf ! Dommage que le logement n'était pas trÚs propre. Je pense payer le forfait ménage pour les prochains qui arrivent !

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour comme il y a 2 ans. Tout était trÚs bien. L'appartement est toujours trÚs bien avec quelques petits plus...... SĂ©jour conforme aux attentes

AgrĂ©able sĂ©jour d'une semaine en famille. A noter en particulier la procĂ©dure de rĂ©servation (en direct contact avec le propriĂ©taire), de rĂ©ception et de libĂ©ration des lieux tout Ă  fait conforme au contrat. De mĂȘme l'appartement et son Ă©quipement sont bien Ă  l'image du descriptif. Toutefois en terme d'amĂ©lioration, je suggĂšre un rideau dĂ©pliant sur la terrasse afin de profiter des soirĂ©es exposĂ©es Ă  l'ouest donc aux fortes chaleurs estivales. Aucun repas pris en terrasse le soir. Une autre piste d'amĂ©lioration pourrait ĂȘtre la mise en place de barres de dĂ©fense discrĂštes (comme fait sur l'appartement voisin) aux fenĂȘtres des chambres dĂ©bouchant sur le balcon commun aux diffĂ©rents appartements donc avec du passage. Le risque d'effraction existe toujours, mais surtout l'aĂ©ration des chambres ne peut se faire, sans risque, qu'en prĂ©sence d'une personne dans la chambre. L'accĂšs externe des chambres par les fenĂȘtres ouvertes est trĂšs facile

Localisation idĂ©ale, piscine couverte "chauffĂ©e" (un peu fraiche), appartement nickel, propre, climatisĂ©e, parking privĂ©... Par contre, les coursives qui longent tous les appartements de l'immeuble, font que ce n'est pas du tout calme. En effet les gens parlent, et les enfants courent et braillent... bref impossible de dormir le matin. Idem, Ă  la piscine, bien que les ballons soient interdits, ça n’empĂȘche pas les enfants de jouer au foot (oui oui carrĂ©ment au foot) sur les rebords de la piscine. On ne peut malheureusement rien y faire...

Bel accueil pour la remise des clés. Appartement agreable et propre, pas assez grand pour 6 personnes comme annoncé et limite pour 4; pas assez d'armoire concernant le rangement des habits. La cuisine est bien équipée, belle terrasse spacieuse et une superbe vue sur le Golf.

"Nous avons séjourné débu...

"Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dĂ©but avril, pas de problĂšme de bruit. Rien Ă  redire Ă  la propretĂ©. Vu que nous y alliez pour pratiquer le golf, diffiicle de trouver mieux vu que la terrasse donne sur le golf. Il y a aussi une piscine qui Ă©tqait accessible dĂ©but avril (position couverte), ce qui n''est pas toujours le cas partout. La climatisation demande Ă  ĂȘtre "maitrisĂ©e". Il n''y a pas internet mias je recommande Ă  ceux qui en ont besoin une clĂ© "domino" avec carte sim sans abonnement (pour les Ă©tranger) que l''on trouve dans la galerie Hyper U Ă  moins de 3 km de l''appartement. Il y a aussi une pharmacie, boulangerie (pour les croissants) et SPAR Ă  moins de 300m. La plage et Ă©videmment la station du cap d''Agde sont accessibles Ă  pied. La voiture peut rester sur l''emplacement rĂ©servĂ© (prĂšs de la porte du hall..)."
