Het is een heerlijk ruim huis voorzien van airco in de woonkamer/keuken. De keuken is goed ingericht, wat heerlijk was na een week stacaravan. Slaapkamers zijn ruim en 2 badkamers heerlijk als je met 5 man bent. De ontvangst en rondleiding door gastvrouw Margherita waren fijn en duidelijk. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat het huis geen zwembad heeft en dat lopen naar het strand te ver is (4km). Verder hadden we last van wespen tijdens het eten, maar dat zal seizoensgebonden zijn,

2 heerlijke weken gehad in Pula

Fijn groot huis om met een groot gezin in door te brengen. De 3 slaapkamers zijn beneden waardoor deze aangenaam waren om in te slapen met de warmte. De grote tuin was ideaal voor de kinderen om in te spelen met iedere avond het karakterestieke geluid van geiten met geitenbellen welke achterlangs liepen . In de buurt heel veel prachtige stranden. Kortom, ideaal huis voor verblijf in Pula!

Soggiorno a Pula

Proprietaria gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. La casa ha un bellissimo prato all'inglese ed è dotata di 2 bei barbecue. Distanza dal mare. prima spiaggia utile Nora, circa 4 Km. Le camere, al piano inferiore, non sono dotate di tende oscuranti utili al sorgere del sole.

Schöner, warmer Aufenthalt

Schönes geräumiges und gepflegtes Haus etwas abseits gelegen (3,5 km bis Pula, Wegbeschreibung erforderlich) mit Veranda und großem Grundstück. Schlafzimmer sind im Keller, allerdings ohne eine im Hochsommer erforderliche Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator, der sich lediglich im Wohnzimmer befindet. Vermieterin ist freundlich und war zuverlässig vor Ort. Der Nachbar in der Doppelhaushälfte hört tagsüber gerne relativ laut 70er Jahre Musik.

Super einsames Haus....

Schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück.... Man ist aber trotzdem in 5-20Mibuten an den schönen Stränden von Chia.... Einzig hat uns eine Klimaanlage gefehlt, man schläft zwar im UG aber es war trotzdem teilweise echt warm in der Nacht... Supermarktauch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Propriété à l’ecart du trafic et donc au calme. Confortable et propre dans cadre agréable. Bon accueil par le fils du propriétaire et ensuite bonne communication par Whatsapp. Seuls petits bémols : la vaisselle d’usage courant limitée, la cafetière d’usage peu pratique, les douches vraiment exiguës. La caution intégrée dans le montant de la location et donc prélevée, alors qu’habituellement nous remettons un chèque de caution , normalement restituée automatiquement ? Procédé assez curieux d’autant plus qu’aucun état des lieux est fait à l’entrée ! Hormis, ces quelques points, cette location est très agréable et je la recommande. Jean-Claude Milet

Royaal huis met alle voorzieningen.

Alles is ingericht op een verblijf met meerdere personen. Verschillende zitplekken, binnen en buiten. Vooral in de schaduw. De landelijke ligging (en toch dicht bij Pula) levert helaas wel vooral ‘s nachts blaffende honden op.

excellente location

très belle maison, confortable, située près de la ville mais dans la campagne avec un très bel extérieur. il était très agréable de pouvoir entendre et profiter du chant des oiseaux et des animaux de ferme à côté. nous recommandons vivement cette location à ceux qui apprécient le calme et la tranquillité de la campagne tout en pouvant accéder rapidement à la ville et aux plages superbes aux alentours l'accueil des propriétaires a été charmant et nous les remercions de leur gentillesse et de leur disponibilité

Ruhiger Ort mit guter Anbindung an die schönsten Strände

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Margherita hat uns am Flughafen eingesammelt und ist zum Haus vor gefahren. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat sich gekümmert. Das Haus geht über zwei Etagen. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer sind im Keller, daher sicher auch im Sommer schön kühl. Die obere Etage ist geräumig und enthält alles was man braucht. Schöner Garten mit Blick auf die Berge. Ein Auto ist zwar ein Muss, aber das ist auf Sardinien normal. Damit ist man in 5 Minuten in Pula und in 35 in Cagliari und nach 20 Minuten in Chia.

Großes Haus , ruhige Lage !

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Organisation war gut. Als wir ankamen hat Margeritha schon gewartet mit Ihrer Tochter. Wir konnten ein bisschen auf Englisch kommunizieren. Das Haus ist riesig und hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Küchenaustattung, Waschmaschiene , Gasherd , Pizzaofen, Kaffemaschiene.. Im unteren Geschoss sind 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Für eine große Familie mit Kindern ideal. Vor allem der Garten hat einiges zu bieten. Sitzflächen rund ums Haus , da ist Platz für alle. Einzige Störung waren die 3 Nachbarhunde, aber zum schlafen war das kein Problem mehr da die Schlafzimmer im unteren Geschoss liegen.. Der Zugang zum Grundstück führt über ein abgeschlossenes Tor mit Schloss, dafür bekommt man auch den Schlüssel. Allerdings stimmen die Koordinaten nicht ganz , laut Plan (Fewo)sollten es ungefähr 800 m von Pula sein, aber gefahren sind wir dann ca. 4,5 km ins Landesinnere. Margeritha hat uns per Whats App die Daten geschickt, sonst hätten wir es wohl nicht so leicht gefunden. Ein Auto ist also unerlässlich. Pula ist aber schnell ( ca. 5 min) zu erreichen , hier bekommt man auch alles was man braucht in 2 Supermärkten oder zum Shopping. Die nahen Strände liegen auch nicht weit. Die Müllentsorgung ist etwas schwierig in Italien , es gibt tägliche Abholungen und strickte Trennung . Bekommt man aber gut von Margherita bzw. Ihrer Tochter erklärt. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche !!!

Eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus in Pula mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Haus war sehr schön und groß, für 6 Personen gut geeignet. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Grill. Auf 2 Terrassen konnte man morgens und abends essen und sich aufhalten. Ein herrlicher Garten umgab das Haus und man hatte einen freien Blick in die Natur und auf die Berge. In das kleine Städtchen Pula fährt man nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es hat viele Geschäfte und Restaurants und ist nett zum Bummeln. Herrliche Strände sind in 10 bis 25 Minuten erreichbar. Was allerdings sehr störend war und unseren Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt hat, war zum einen der laute Nachbar, der ständig Gäste zu Besuch hatte, laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht spielte oder seinen Fernseher in einer unheimlichen Lautstärke auf der Terrasse anhatte. Zum anderen waren in der Nachbarschaft einige Hunde, die den ganzen Tag, teilweise auch nachts, am Kläffen waren, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Ich würde dringend raten, Oropax mitzunehmen, falls Sie in diesem Haus Urlaub machen wollen. Noch länger hätten wir das nicht mehr ausgehalten. An dem Haus an sich ist nichts auszusetzen!

Una settimana rilassante

Siamo partiti 4 adulti e 2 bambini e tutti siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. La casa è comoda e spaziosa, pulita, completa di tutto ed in un contesto tranquillo, comodissima come punto di appoggio per esplorare le meravigliose spiagge della zona. Fedele alle fotografie anche lo spazioso giardino dotato di un bel barbecue per golose grigliate . Nel complesso possiamo dire di essere stati veramente bene e di esserci letteralmente innamorati di questa zona della Sardegna che non conoscevamo....

leuk huis met mooie tuin om in te zitten of te spelen voor de kinderen

Het huis ligt aan een rustig weggetje en is omringd door landbouwgronden. Vrij zicht op de heuvels in het achterland. Mooie plekjes om te zitten op de veranda of het overdekte terras. De slaap kamers zijn in het souterrain waardoor het koel is om te slapen.

Settimana nel sud della Sardegna

Sono appena tornata dopo una settimana di soggiorno insieme a 2 coppie di amici e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. È accessoriata con tutto il necessario, con un bel giardino con barbecue a disposizione a 3 km da Pula. Molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La consiglio.

siamo stati benissimo

Abbiamo passato una rilassante e splendida vacanza. La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla a circa 3 Km da Pula, all'interno. E' ampia e spaziosa, ben arredata, non manca nulla. Il seminterrato dove si trovano le camere rimane fresco, specialmente in giornate molto calde. Se si preferisce la tranquillità, è perfetta. Se invece si preferisce la vicinanza al mare o alla città, tenete presente che è indispensabile l'auto per muoversi.

Tolles Haus mit sehr viel Platz, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage rundum war wunderschön.

Wir würden hier sehr gerne wieder Urlaub machen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und perfekt für unsere Ansprüche. Auch die Lage war ideal, der romantische Ort mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war in ķürzester Zeit erreichbar.

Esperienza molto positiva.

Casa molto accogliente e tranquilla anche se all'arrivo ci aveva un po' preoccupato l'isolamento. Il secondo giorno ci eravamo già abituati ! Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge del sud .Camere adeguate e , soprattutto, molto fresche. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Abbiamo già consigliato ad amici e conoscenti.

Tranquillità e paesaggio sardo

Abbiamo appena concluso a vacanza ospiti di questa sistemazione nella campagna sarda . Il posto è tranquillo ma non isolato e permette di spostarsi con 10 minuti fino a neanche mezz'ora di macchina ,in tutte le spiagge e calette tra Pula e Chia . La casa è spaziosa ed il piano interrato ,offre una piacevolissima frescura naturale alle camere da letto ,inoltre si può godere di serate in pieno relax sui divani all'esterno. La Signora Margherita ci ha ,da subito ,offerto la sua disponibilità ,per eventuali necessità o problemi. Uscendo dalla strada nella campagna ,avete già a portata di mano un supemercato fornitissimo ,pizza al taglio, edicola ,distibutore e tabaccheria e panetteria che sono una bella comodità perchè sono di strada e non li dovete cercare in ordine sparso. Che dire a vacanza appena finita,peccato non avere avuto più tempo per starci ancora un pò. Chi arriva da Olbia calcoli 3 ore e mezza di strada e buon viaggio!!!!! Paolo e Sefania

Villetta bellissima...!!!!

Villetta bellissima immersa nella natura, vicino a Pula a circa 3 Km. Luogo ideale per rilassarsi, e godere dell'ambiente circostante, meraviglioso il giardino attrezzato, e il patio. La casa pulitissima e curata di ogni dettaglio; accogliente il soggiorno con l' angolo cottura fornito di tutto il necessario, per preparare i pasti, camere fresche, grandi bagni. La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile per ogni informazione e gentilissima. Immobile Ideale per famiglie con ragazzi o a gruppi di amici... La posizione è ottima a pochi minuti dal centro di Pula e dalle bellissime spiagge di Chia e Domus Maria. Consiglio vivamente di passare una vacanza in questa zona ..e soprattutto in questo immobile. Tutto perfetto!!! Molto bella e molta privacy

Abbiamo appena trascorso le nostre vacanze qui! 15gg bellissimi, sia per i luoghi da visitare che per il mare... non da meno il comfort e la tranquillità dell'abitazione. Se avete piacere di immergervi nella natura e nei suoi suoni è una casa che vi consiglio vivamente. Relax allo stato puro. Camere spaziose e fresche, zona giorno ampia e ben arredata, da sottolineare la cortesia e familiarità dei proprietari disponibilissimi con le esigenze dei soggiornanti. Sicuramente torneremo in questo paradiso.

Ottima casa

Ottima casa immersa nel verde. Abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima in completa tranquillità, ci siamo goduti le amache, il portico e il bel prato. Tutto molto curato, ottima pulizia e proprietari molto cortesi e gentili che ci hanno agevolato moltissimo durante il nostro soggiorno. A soli 15 minuti dalle belle spiaggie di Chia e Tueredda, ma a 5 minuti dal centro di Pula, direi un ottimo compromesso per chi non vuole troppa confusione attorno ma essere comunque comodo alle varie attività. Sicuramente da tornarci!!!!!!!
