Pleasant and quiet house with all the comforts and the careful decoration was redone in early 2013. The walled and tree-filled garden, the equipment of which (terrace with awning, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers) allow you to live in outside enjoying the sun.

Possible access to the small beach on foot by a footpath in the shade of the large trees.

The 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor have all been renovated in a different style and allow everyone to find rest and calm conducive to a relaxing holiday.

The large living room open onto the terrace invites family reunions from breakfast to dinner prepared in a very well equipped kitchen. This house is a passport for a family vacation or two.

Wonderful garden & great beds!

We (2 adults with 2 kids, aged 2 and 7) stayed in the house for two weeks. The garden is great for playing and relaxing. Kitchen and house have everything you need, and the beds are in a quite good shape - better than in many other vacation houses and flats we rented over the last few years. So we can really recommend the house. With kids: go visit Zoo and Botanical Garden of Branféré as well as the tropical parc in Saint-Jacut-les-Pins and of course the various types of beaches that can be reached by bicycle or car.

Très belle maison calme et confortable

Très bon accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques. La maison est très bien décorée et confortable. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour parfait. Calme, cocooning et belles balades.

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir hatten 3 Wochen mit unseren 4 Hunden einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit viel Komfort eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und es ist nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand und einem Rundweg. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter hat es auch mit der Heizung und dem Fernsehen geklappt, Danke dafür. Monsieur le Verger, wir hoffen unsere 4 Windhunde haben Sie überzeugt das es keine Probleme mit mehreren Hunden gibt. Danke für Ihr Vertrauen.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir genossen zwei Wochen in und an dem Ferienhaus bei bretonisch Wetter. Der Garten war von Hecken umgeben, und unser Hund hatte keine Chance auszubrechen. Das Haus war gemütlich und großzügig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war reichhaltig. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderbar

Großes Ferienhaus mit einem gepflegten, eingezäunten Garten und einer großen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen, 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand. Liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Zauberhaft dekoriert mit schönen Gemälden an den Wänden. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Haus entspricht der Anzeige. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Monsieur Le Verger. Wir haben die drei Wochen in Ihrem Haus genossen.

Maison idéalement située

Maison idéalement située pour visiter le Morbihan. La maison est grande et bien décorée. Les sanitaires sont un peu vétustes mais fonctionnels. Petit bemol, la propreté (sanitaires, vaisselle) et les odeurs de chien. Certaine que les propriétaires pourront y remédier facilement. Plage et restaurants à 2 pas.

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Alles, was man täglich so braucht ist ebenfalls zu in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Restaurant, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Bar/Cafe). Wir ( zwei Personen und ein Hund) haben den großen, schön angelegten Garten sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Restaurants, ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Bar/Tabac in direkter Nähe. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ein großer, eingezäunter Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist ideal. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances tranquilles

Nous avions déjà loué cette villa il y a quelques années et connaissons bien la région que nous avons largement sillonné depuis (2 séjours par an). Il n'est pas nécessaire de faire des km pour passer un agréable séjour. Au calme mais proche des commerces, plages, chemins de randonnée etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très belle, bien décorée, très bien agencée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, dormir... Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison qui est au calme, confortable et très bien équipée. La plage est proche et facile d’accès. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Très bonnes vacances en famille avec nos ados.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. La maison est chaleureuse, on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Nous avons pris plaisir à utiliser la jolie vaisselle. Cette maison est calme, bien située, proche de la mer. Nous avons pu découvrir la presqu'île de Rhuis dans de bonnes conditions.

maison trés bien située et trés bien equipée avec un super jardin .Accés à la plage sauvage à pieds en 10mn et à la plage pour baignade à 35 mn. Commerces de proximité dans le bourg en 5mn à pieds. Epicerie,créperie,bars,et restaurants. Région magnifique

Maison familiale accueillante

Chouette séjour en famille

Maison parfaite pour 5 un couple et 3 enfants. Idéalement placée pour des balades à pied au départ de la maison. Bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Literie confortable. Moi qui a des problèmes de dos c'est un gros plus car c'est rare. Jardin agréable, quartier calme. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très sympathique. Petit bémol pour le ménage.

Vacances correct malgré quelques petits mécontentements.

Dans l’ensemble vacances correct malgré un ménage qui laisse à désirer surtout au prix demandé et un propriétaire pas hyper agréable. Néanmoins bonne situation de la maison.

bonjour.je me permets de répondre à l'appréciation.1)les locataires sont arrivés à 9 personnes au lieu de 8 prévues au contrat et je leur ai signalé , me rétorquant que le bébé ne comptait pas.2)en ce qui concerne le ménage aucune remarque ne m'a été faite alors que j'ai fait le bilan du séjour avant leur départ sur place 3)quant au côté pas hyper agréable je dois m'expliquer. lors du départ on m'a demandé de faire une attestation en vue d'obtenir une subvention .celle ci je l'ai faite 3 jours plus tard en ayant préalablement informé la personne du contenu, qui lui convenait .cette attestation était manuscrite. A réception de l'attestation j'ai reçu un appel téléphonique me disant qu'elle ne convenait pas à l'organisme ce en quoi j'ai rétorqué que c'était celle que je faisais habituellement et que je ne voyais pas la nécessité de la refaire ,c'est sans doute cela la raison de l'appréciation (pas hyper agréable)
