Plouha: Delightful Brittany house at seaside in an exceptional nature

Large, bright, south facing living-room (50 m2) with a nice fireplace. Three double French doors open onto a large terrace with wooden grating and onto a beautiful garden (2 200 m2) with hydrangeas, mimosa, camellia… and squirrels, rabbits, birds…
On the first floor : three light sleeping-rooms onto the garden for six persons, one bathroom, WC.
The recently renovate house is comfortable and functional at each season (good insulation, double glazing, electric radiant heating).
A stone outhouse (equipped with shower and WC) allows to stock materiel.
A little paradise, the country at the seaside, in a stone hamlet so charming that it is crossed over by a hiking path leading to the beaches of Port moguer and Gwin Zegal in 10 minutes. The walking trail GR34 joins the other great beaches of Plouha : Bonaparte, Bréhec, Le Palus.
The hamlet of Keruro composed of ten typical houses is located on the cliffs of Plouha, the highest of Brittany, and in the protected coastal area and 2,5 km far away from the dynamic town of Plouha with its church, market, place with various shops all open over the year.
The seaside resort St Quay with its casino, harbor, clubs is 7 km far away from Plouha. The delightful town of Paimpol (painters gallery, shops, harbour, restaurants) is only 18 km far away. Here is the pier for the beautiful very near island of Bréhat.
Before Paimpol the lovely abbey of Beaufort can absolutely not be ignored.

Très belle location

La maison et le jardin sont très beaux et aménagés avec goût. La maison est très calme, bien équipée, parfaitement propre; elle dispose d'une cheminée, appréciable par temps frais. Le réseau wifi fonctionne bien mais seulement au rez-de-chaussée. La relation avec les propriétaires s'est faite de façon fluide et en confiance. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve.

Très bonne

Superbe maison, très bien équipée et très grand jardin (assez plat pour jouer au badminton). La maison est à environ 15-20 min à pied de la plage par petites routes et sentiers. Les voisins et l'environnement sont très calmes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (aidés en cela par le soleil breton). La région est très belle et il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter, à faire. Pour les adaptes du geocaching, sachez qu'il y a 14 cachettes dans les environs immédiats de la maison :-)

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unseren dreiwöchigen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen und sehr liebevoll restaurierten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war von Beginn an sehr freundlich und verbindlich und das Ankommen herzlich und einladend. Das Haus ist komfortabel und praktisch ausgestattet und liegt wunderbar ruhig in dem kleinen Steinweiler. Die Nähe zu den herrlichen Stränden Port-Moguer, Gwin Zegal und Bonaparte bot selbst bei regnerischem Wetter ein großes Vergnügen für lange Strandspaziergänge und "Schatzsuche". Der Garten ist wunderschön mit viel Privatsphäre und bei Sonne einfach herrlich zum Abschalten und Sommer genießen. Der Standort bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und für traumhafte Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung (Paimpol - auch super zum Einkaufen, Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Concarneau, Qimper). Die stillen Nächte mit ihrem einzigartigen Sternenhimmel haben uns wunderbar schlafen lassen und für eine nachhaltige Erholung gesorgt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus deshalb wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir haben diesen Sommer 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist ein typisches bretonisches Steinhaus, das in ruhiger Lage liegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufwendig restauriert wurde. Man findet alles, was man so braucht - und mehr, toller Komfort. Der Garten ist riesig, gepflegt und mit schönem alten Baumbestand, man kann sehr schön draussen auf der großen Terrasse sitzen und hat wirklich seine Ruhe. In einem Nebenhaus kann man alle Sachen für den Strand unterbringen. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen, der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern ist nett und unkompliziert!

Un espace serein

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours en famille dans cette maison de Keruro, et nous l’avons beaucoup appréciée : installée dans un hameau tranquille, elle possède un beau jardin ombragé de grands pins, bénéficie d’un plan évident, et d’une excellente orientation. En effet, le soleil vous accueille le matin dans la cuisine et vous salue le soir au salon, alors que les chambres possèdent la belle lumière du nord. Sobrement décorée, bien équipée (le Wifi est pour nous une condition sine qua non), la maison est accueillante et confortable. Le calme et la nature qui l’environnent permettent le repos et la contemplation. Nous connaissions déjà ce coin de Bretagne qui nous attire par la beauté exceptionnelle des paysages du bord de mer, et ces grandes possibilités de marche. On rejoint de nombreux sentiers à partir de cette maison, qui vous emmènent à Gwin Zegal ou à la plage Bonaparte en 30 mn, à Port Moguer en 20 mn. En revanche, pour des sorties en famille à la plage, la voiture est indispensable. Nous avons aussi profité des petits commerces de bouche de Plouha, d’Etables-sur-Mer et de St Quay Portrieux. Enfin, les propriétaires sont à la fois prévenants et discrets, et ils savent prendre soin de leur maison.

Séjour à Plouha

Superbe région des Côtes d'Armor que nous connaissions assez mal, aux paysages époustouflants et "été indien" en Bretagne durant toute la durée de notre séjour. Maison au grand calme,sans toutefois être totalement isolée, proche des commerces et grandes villes à visiter. Rez-de-chaussée lumineux et chaleureux, étage assez "simple", tant du point de vue décoration que confort (lit très petit et possibilité de rangement mini-mini). N'occupant qu'à deux la maison ce manque d'espace n'a été que peu négatif et c'est avec plaisir que nous envisageons un nouvelle location en 2015.

Inoubliable et enchanteur

l y a d'abord la maison nichée au coeur d'un vaste jardin splendide habité d'arbres bienveillants et de parterres de fleurs , camaieux magnifiques d'essences et de couleurs magiques ! la maison ,écrin de sérénité où tout est pensé avec intelligence , goût et délicatesse , unissant le fonctionnel au romantisme : que de soirées passées à l'ombre des grands arbres où nous avions la surprise de voir arriver petits lapins , pies , geais et parfois quelques chats en vadrouille , bercés par le silence absolu et le murmure du vent puis il y a le hameau , constellation de petites maisons fleuries d'hortencias majestueux, aux palettes multicolores , une petite forêt abritant un vieux lavoir qui nous fait vite comprendre que la Bretagne est vraiment le pays des fées ! il y a ensuite la région que nous avons sillonnée , les plages cachées plus jolies les unes que les autres , les églises berceaux de l'histoire et de trésors que bon nombres de musées pourraient envier ...au gré du chemin des restaurants dignes de trois étoilés mais sans prétention et tous les endroits qui se méritent seront autant de joyaux dans notre boite aux souvenirs ! et , il y a surtout cet accueil admirable , ce rapport d'emblée amical et charmant avec la propriétaire qui a su me guider , me conseiller avec disponibilité et sympathie pour résumer ; UN SEJOUR ENCHANTEUR ! et ....qui a dit qu'il pleuvait en Bretagne ? de tout mon séjour , je n'ai eu que quelques nuages " jardiniers " venus arroser le jardin et s'en allant aussitôt , laissant la place à cette douceur , loin de la canicule et des orages présents dans d'autres régions je recommande cette location avec ferveur
